The app is horrible and needs professional upgrades. They are loosing service by it not properly functioning and constantly updating and crashing. It never lets me check out so I have to go into the store with cash. Jane still is a struggle to connect through their links. However, if you go into the store location the review would be 4.5 stars easy. The bud tenders are extremely nice and helpful and really provide quality service.
Miserable login

Signed up at the store so I could buy on the app. For some reason the app can show me my profile and my points but when I go to purchase anything, they asked me to re-login and say they cannot find my email address. Despite the fact, I’ve added to my account, deleted the app and reinstalled, wipe the account and started over again.
