Auntie Anne's Pretzel Perks Reviews

My app was previously stuck on the screen of “Ding your rewards are ready! Turn on your notifications...”. I could not find any fix online, so I wrote to Auntie Anne’s customer service. They promptly wrote back that it sounded like my font may be set too big. They said to go to “Settings” then “Display & Brightness” then “Text Size”. Adjust the text size lower and then app should work. I did exactly this and app now works great!!! They also told me after AuntieAnnesPretzelPerks is working correctly, then I can readjust my text size to my original setting. THANK YOU, Auntie Anne Customer Service!!

Decent, clean layout! Easy to use, no complicated hoops to jump through. They keep it simple! 👍

Two small glitches, nothing big - When opening the (food) menu a video pops up taking over the screen and it’s oddly automatically at about 3/4 or completely “played” and the “video” is just a blank white screen? It’s odd. Luckily, hitting the X just gets rid of it and you’ve got the food menu. Happens again when ‘Drinks’ is tapped within the food menu.

Second issue: A tap on ‘Catering’ (again within the food menu) results in AuntieAnnesPretzelPerks continually trying to load. I’m definitely not looking for catering. I was just browsing AuntieAnnesPretzelPerks , but the company clearly has an interest in fixing this.

I don’t visit their restaurants often. It’s a rare splurge for me, but their pretzels are definitely really tasty. If you frequent them often, it’s definitely worth getting AuntieAnnesPretzelPerks to make an account and earn some free snacks!

I have had AuntieAnnesPretzelPerks for a couple weeks. From the time I downloaded AuntieAnnesPretzelPerks, I have not been able to open AuntieAnnesPretzelPerks . I have good service and a good wifi connection and have the most updated version of AuntieAnnesPretzelPerks . I am running off of an iPhone Xs on IOS 14.6, the latest IOS right now. There should be nothing wrong. Yet, I am immediately kicked out of AuntieAnnesPretzelPerks EVERY SINGLE TIME. I cant even make it to the home screen before it forces me to exit. This is extremely frustrating as my birthday was yesterday and I was trying to get a free pretzel but it’s hard to do that when you have an app as terrible as this.

AuntieAnnesPretzelPerks honestly has the worst UI and UX ever and made my experience 10x worse. I recently made an account and got a couple of rewards for free pretzels. I tried to redeem those two rewards on the same day. Nowhere in the fine print does it say that a customer cannot redeem more than one reward on the same day. I wasted 20 minutes of my time trying to figure out why I couldn’t apply my reward. I had to exit out of AuntieAnnesPretzelPerks just to remove the reward from my cart because clicking “remove reward” on AuntieAnnesPretzelPerks . So frustrating. The timings for each store is also not updated.

I’ve had the first generation AC and now the second generation SE and every time when I login I see the screen saying turn on notifications first of all there should not be a force Notifyer freeze just the access points for the pretzel s:;t Second there should be an option to make it go away but I see that this is an application problem not a phone issue

And then if you have a newer phone hard touch it and hit the home application if you have this issue that’s the only way to fix it

Good app, it gives me points when I buy a pretzel but the user interface is terrible it never responds when I press a button. I would rate it higher if they would fix this.

It said it will email me my reset password since It keeps saying my email is already registered but I never receive any email even from junk email. I tried like 5times but no email receive. They will give you offer but you can’t even used the offer they are giving you because you cannot register or log in through your email as it keeps saying already registered.

This is a good app very underrated love the way you can see the menu to see all the tasty treats and drinks. It does not lag or freeze, also at 250 points from buying (food or drinks) from them you get a free pretzel. AuntieAnnesPretzelPerks IS A 4 1/2 rating great app.

What an absolute scam. Auntie Anne’s collects personal data, makes money of it … yet has the audacity to charge a “service fee” that most will miss as it’s combined with Taxes. A variable fee which easily surpasses $0.50 … so there is a fee for the rewards program. Which means everyone, and not just California residents, should be able to opt out of the collection and sale of our personal information.

Apple store says AuntieAnnesPretzelPerks is on my phone, but I don’t see it. Siri opens it when asked. Tried looking at hidden but is not there. Tried to delete and reinstall, but you have to find it to delete it. Ugh!

Though once open , via Siri, works ok. Scan receipts has never worked.

Every time I go to scan my receipt it doesn’t work and says to email them a picture of the receipt. This is annoying and makes AuntieAnnesPretzelPerks almost useless. Please fix this!

Boy did I have a bunch of adventures because of this crappy app. I went from buying at least once a week to never. AuntieAnnesPretzelPerks crashes or just doesn’t register orders or registers but doesn’t send successfully to the store. That was happening pretty much every time. Then I moved and the new location near me is garbage 🤢. Done!

Paid full price even tho I followed the directions step by step for my T-Mobile tuesday promo. Employee didn’t even attempt to help me fix the issue. Don’t understand why in the world in the same session does it not apply the coupon I just attached. App logic needs to be improved.

This is a simple app that allows you to get great deals at Auntie Anne’s! It works well and I have gotten awesome coupons from it!

I can’t get the notification alert that keeps popping up on my app when I it, to go away. I’ve got all of the necessary notifications set correctly for AuntieAnnesPretzelPerks to work. Went to the local Auntie Anne’s, but they were no help, don’t have a clue! Should I delete AuntieAnnesPretzelPerks & reinstall it?

I’ve had AuntieAnnesPretzelPerks! Deleted it then reinstalled. Still stuck on, “turn on your notifications” which I’ve done. If I can’t upload my purchases or redeem my perks, what’s the point. Please go back to the old fashion punch card! This is entirely too frustrating!

Freezes up when I try to place an order

I CANT CANCEL MY ORDER. I spent 30 mins trying to figure out how to cancel my order and even went to my local Auntie Anne’s to ask for help. But they couldn’t seem to figure it out either so I called customer service which I got no response from but a constant ring for over 15 minutes. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!

Drove all the way to the mall for the free pretzel offer, only to find out that if you tap the button, you have 19 minutes to redeem it or it expires. I feel like that is unfair. There should be a warning, or else don’t put a timer on the offer at all. Sonic got it right. Auntie Anne’s, not so much. Wasted trip.

Downloaded app up for free pretzel as advertised, on July 30, however app freezes every time it gets to Ding! Your rewards are ready! Does not fully populate the screen, and remains frozen. Tried everyday since, even deleted, restarted my phone and reactivated app, still does not work. Worse app ever!! To top it off, employees don’t know anything about AuntieAnnesPretzelPerks , especially not about the buy one get one free pretzel offer. Never offered us the pretzel offer, even when we showed them the ad on your website, that suggested we download this worse app ever. Hmm, shall I say worse customer service ever!!

First off, my account was somehow deleted a few months ago and I lost all my points. Then twice in one week I wasn’t able to use my rewards when I got to the store. While at home, the rewards loaded fine, but when I got to the store, AuntieAnnesPretzelPerks said I didn’t have any points (but I had over 200) and it would not load my rewards. I tried refreshing AuntieAnnesPretzelPerks several times. I even tried leaving the store to get a better connection. I used my other apps to make sure my phone wasn’t the problem. Terrible app and I called auntie Anne’s to make a complaint.

Just got a new iPhone XR and transferred my apps so when I reentered my account info the screen is now stuck on half screen and won’t let me do anything on AuntieAnnesPretzelPerks tried deleting and redownloaded still stuck at half screen. Please fix AuntieAnnesPretzelPerks 😖

I have an iPhone that is two years old. I have deleted this once and downloaded it again today and it still does the same thing it is frozen on the home screen. Clicking on the home screen does nothing. I checked for updates and there are no updates for auntie Annes. I have never seen AuntieAnnesPretzelPerks work in the year that I’ve had it so I’m just going to delete it again. I don’t understand why they can’t fix it. Other app developers figure it out on their apps.

EDIT: it worked for a bit but after updating to the latest iOS 12 update it does not work anymore! If they want me to use their rewards at least make it work!!!

I never knew a rewards update could become a massive downgrade. App no longer works. When using the old app it told me to upgrade. I did and now it doesn’t even launch!!

Don’t bother using their app it’s useless now. Event the cashier didn’t know, told me to call customer service. They couldn’t find my account at all!

I give AuntieAnnesPretzelPerks zero stars! It is that bad! I have tried multiple times to transfer my points to AuntieAnnesPretzelPerks . Every time it says this email is already used. Duh?! I am trying to transfer to your new improved app which is a joke. It does not work. Also as others have said, No one that works in the stores knows anything about how AuntieAnnesPretzelPerks works. I’m so annoyed I’m not even going to go to buy a pretzel. If you don’t want to give away free pretzels, don’t have an app. It stinks! Fix it or get rid of it!

I have imported my points and logged into AuntieAnnesPretzelPerks . Once I login the “turn on notifications” message pops up, and it stays there! I’ve deleted and reinstalled AuntieAnnesPretzelPerks multiple times. Still there! I’ve restarted my phone and then tried it. Nothing works. It gets stuck at that point. That message stays at the bottom with a white screen behind it. Worked perfectly fine before the update. Now I can’t earn any rewards or point. So disappointed!

I have iPhone 7 with the latest iOS updates. After logging in with Facebook or creating account the screen says “enable notifications” and AuntieAnnesPretzelPerks is stuck at this point. In settings, AuntieAnnesPretzelPerks is not even listed in the notification submenu. Besides all this, AuntieAnnesPretzelPerks is made for the phones with bigger screens. When going through the initial process I had to turn the phone horizontally so I can read the screen.

I have not been able to get anything from my app. I got an email for a free birthday pretzel and tried downloading AuntieAnnesPretzelPerks again and it still won’t go beyond the first click. What have you done? I am a very frequent customer who is missing out of many few pretzels. Maybe I just will stop giving Auntie Anne’s my business. I have tried to download AuntieAnnesPretzelPerks several times without success.

So ticked off! Before, AuntieAnnesPretzelPerks was great. And now it’s the only app that doesn’t work ok my phone. I have no issues with anything else besides AuntieAnnesPretzelPerks that cannot import my points or even log me in despite not changing my password. It constantly says there’s a network error but I’ve downloaded and used many apps even in subways so... you’ve done it. You lost me as a customer just for this.

I thought it was just me until seeing the reviews. AuntieAnnesPretzelPerks won't even open on my phone! AuntieAnnesPretzelPerks and my phone are up to date. I click on AuntieAnnesPretzelPerks and the home screen with the pretzel comes up and that's it. It's so annoying! I've gone to get a pretzel 3 times since the update and haven't been able to use my coupons or redeem points! This is not fair! Give us the old app back!

Finally got my old info to transfer and then the “Ding your rewards are ready” pop up screen telling me it worked was stuck down at the bottom of the page with the bottom half missing so I can’t access the accept button and move forward. So I deleted and reloaded app. Same thing, again. Useless at this point, please fix!

I will not be shopping at Auntie Ann’s until I can use my earned points. App has been unusable for months now. I’ve done lots of uninstalling/reinstalling. Every time i open AuntieAnnesPretzelPerks a banner pops up and stays there. I see all my points and rewards for a split second. I see many people are having the same problem for months also. I’ll go to another pretzel place that appreciates my business.

AuntieAnnesPretzelPerks is weird. AuntieAnnesPretzelPerks gives “turn on notification” box at the bottom and wouldn’t advance or there’s no button to click or close it. I tried going to my setting to turn on the notification setting but there’s no option for Auntie Anne’s app in the setting. So i can’t even try to fix AuntieAnnesPretzelPerks myself. Please fix it. My phone is iphoneSE if that makes any difference

Until I read the reviews! Lost all my points and had to create an account all over again! This is like the third time! Last time I thought maybe I had used a different email and forgotten the password. But now I see they update AuntieAnnesPretzelPerks and everything is gone each time. Thinking about just deleting AuntieAnnesPretzelPerks since now it’s pointless.......
