The worst app I have ever used. It isn’t easy at all. You don’t show the variation in colors or sizes. Your colors are useless. I used to buy from this app when the original owners ran it. I will never use that app and when you try to get on through the internet, there are constant “ads” to get your app.well, now Overstock and trying the internet, you have ruined shopping on this app.
There are constant reminders to get Overstock . Why? You have lost ALL if any conveniences to shop and see what you are interested. In my case your rugs a big disappointment. Get off Overstock and and show all in internet. what losers.
I bought the Slumber Solutions 14” firm mattress from Wayfair previously for my bed, and when checking out it gave me the option to have the old mattress picked up and removed. This round, I ordered the same mattress for my guest room through this app, and I did not get any option for the old mattress removal. I was able to find a Chat area during my order, who assured me that a company called LoadUp would contact me via email to remove the old mattress, but my new mattress has arrived and I never had an email from LoadUp. I also cannot find a way to contact them, and also have not been able to contact this app either. So while the mattress itself is definitely a 5 Star mattress, and the delivery of the mattress was fast and great, the lack of removal of the old mattress (along with NO Customer Service follow up from this app) is why I’m giving 2 Stars.
The reviews for items sold on Overstock can’t be filtered by date or rating- that’s very odd! Also reviews with images/photos can’t be enlarged and are smaller than my thumbnail so what’s the point of having photos at all?
