So I wanted to try the Gacha ai hugging trend to see how weird it would turn out so I went over to Safari and tried opening the link to the website but it didn’t let me so I decided to try to get it on AIVideoGenerator Store I found a bunch of versions but this one looked the most real to me so I decided to try it when I got in it was normal it was telling me about what to do stuff and I skipped that and then it tried to make me pay for some weird ad on that I didn’t care about so then I went over to Gacha took a screenshot of my OC and a miku oc that I made and then went back onto AIVideoGenerator and pressed hugging and put the image in and it try to make me pay for the ad on so I thought OK maybe they’re just wanting me to pay for it but will let me use it without having to pay for the ad on but I was wrong I skipped it try to tried to press generate again and it gave me the same thing AIVideoGenerator is stupid if you want to use it you have to buy the ad on like you’ll think that it’s free because it said it is on AIVideoGenerator Store so yeah it’s one of those stupid apps that make it look like it’s free but when you get in you have to pay I hate these kind of apps don’t get

I tried the weekly $10 trial. Did 5 videos and they said I was out of credits!! My sister and I are Asian and the video made us Caucasian (white). And then one video had an extra person out of nowhere. That was extra creepy!!! Ughhhhh !! I want my $10 back!

I also bought the program for a year and you still have to purchase credits smh! Every time I ask a.i. to generate a picture of my son it doesn’t even if the pics are provided. Waste of money.

After spending $10 on AIVideoGenerator you only get to make 10 videos. Mine messed up 9 times and on the 10th try it looked alright. I went to make another and it counted their mistakes as credits. It’s $10 more for additional credits.

I wanted to use AIVideoGenerator bc I wanted to make ai vids but you can’t without credits(or whatever currency AIVideoGenerator uses) and you don’t start with any. Just change it to 10 free vids a day so we don’t need to sink money into something a large amount of people are already paying for.

I paid for AIVideoGenerator expecting to be able to upload my own photos. Even after doing such my finished product is whatever they want it to be and has nothing to do with the photos I actually uploaded.

After spending $9.99 I cannot make a video with AIVideoGenerator using my own photos. I tried so many different photos, cropping, positions, and they all say “failed to generate”. I’m not an idiot and understand how the images you use should look like the examples, literally tried EVERYTHING and it NEVER works. I would like a refund. Especially because after it says “failed to generate” a prompt pops up asking if you would like to try again, and if you say yes it will create a video using random animation, NOT ANYTHING INVOLVING YOUR PHOTOS. So I’ve used 2 “coins” out of 10 for random animations of cartoons hugging. Do not waste your money.

I will be contacting you about a refund, this is ridiculous. I am not happy.

$9.99 doesn’t get you unlimited access. It gets you a few edits then it requires extra money. Terrible business model and doesn’t tell you that upfront. Beware!

If I could leave no stars I would. Paid for subscription and you only get so many attempts before they try to charge you extra if you want to make more “videos” I tried many different photos and nothing worked it ended up making the people in the pics look like a complete different person from the internet or something. Didn’t work, disappointed. Wish I could get my money back. I just wanted a video of my mom hugging her son one last time. :(

poor customer service include long wait times never got a response , an automated system that makes it hard to reach a human agent, it charges the money fast it take time to create a video. It never get it right but every time you it try counted for one time . All I ask was to open the to open the opportunity to try again, but I try again and it try to charge me again no good.

I get that it costs money to create and develop. But it's an extremely bad business model to request a user to pay before trying it out. At the very least, offer a free trial. Even if it's just 1 day, or 5 uses or whatever. If AIVideoGenerator is useful and good, people will pay for it. But you're alienating a massive amount of people by creating a pay wall before they can even use it. It screams scam (I'm not saying it is a scam, but that's where the mind goes). There's a reason most successful apps use free trials.

AIVideoGenerator is just working for me it’s won’t load generate any of my photos. They’re high DEF and you can see the face and body very clearly so I don’t see why it’s having a problem doing that now I’m just wondering if I got scammed

The videos aren’t even somewhat realistic, it’s just random corrupted objects moving around. If you could fix this, then AIVideoGenerator would be the best ai app, but for now, Great app, but you need to make it work better.
P.S the GUI is so cool, can I use it for an ai I’m making?
