I recently paid for MOVA , but I noticed I just made 3 cartoon videos but they are asking for more charges ,more coins more than expected. This doesn't make sense to me, Could you please clarify the reason for this extra charge? They are asking me to buy coin . What is this first we have to buy app and now coins .thats so annoying I love MOVA but you guys made it soo expensive , asking for more charges and buy coins,Already it’s very expensive. I would appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this matter. I want to make videos , Thank you,

Not even accurate. If MOVA was an person compared to other Ai apps, I would call this person a noob. Delete and I need my $7.99 money back.

I tried to do the hug video and MOVA added another random person to the video, so it was a three-way hug. On another video they chose another random person to replace one of the photos I selected.

Before getting charged the $7.99, it said that I can end my membership at anytime by going to settings. There is nothing there. No response from the chat team either.

MOVA surely needs development, often times hugs are generated with extra hands or fingers, also the AI does not merge or combine backgrounds from two different photos. I can actually generate a better hug photo without using MOVA but it has promise! It simply needs better detail.

Tell me why I paid $0.99 for a hug with Joshua Hong only for a couple of randoms hugging each other? I’m a light skinned boy and they turned me into a girl. They made Joshua a black bearded man😭 and it wasn’t even a video, it was a video OF photo aka it was a picture with a 5 second duration😤 Bad, do not recommend, negatory, absolutely not, nein, nada, nope, and if I wasn’t clear before, NO.

If I could do 0 stars I would. First, MOVA tricks you into paying for a yearly membership, no one answers the chat, and when you finally do the AI video, it looks nothing like the photos you choose and when you reach out for a refund they try to tell you MOVA developers don’t do that. Don’t waste your time or money. What a joke.

If you don’t do it right or if it’s off AI give you another person not the person you chose and it counts this isn’t unlimited u get a few tries and by the time you master it you have to buy coins horrible because I paid 7 dollar for a week thinking I can create and learn to use it

All the photos I put in to make hug did not do what they were supposed to do and looked horrible. Waisted coins. There should be a refund of coins when it doesn’t work. AI even made my Caucasian (very white) mom and Son into Black people. The only one that actually hugged and did what is was supposed to do, didn't even look close to the people photos I put in. Would give MOVA 0 stars if I could.

I tried the trial $0.99 and it give me 3000point.
You have to pay 600 for each video Hug or Kiss. The result is great BUT . . . There are big risk that you make it wrong even you pick the nice picture and match the fame. You gonna wasted of 600 point and result is terrible. I used 3000point for 5 times. 2 success and 3 fail. Even you buy membership, you have to pay for the point if you used all of that. So.... BIG NO FOR ME

I paid the $7.99 in order to create a video. I uploaded the photos for the video I wanted and it started to create. The time to make it was 6 minutes. 6 minutes to by and I reopen MOVA , 6 minutes still remaining. I try while MOVA is open, 6 minutes go by, it gets down to one second, then the timer starts over. I have done this several times and I never receive my video.

When you purchased MOVA you still have to buy points 👎🏾 No Thanks

I don't recommend it, it changes you to another different person.

It basically says “hug whoever you love” but there isnt a single feature that allows you to make that.

I try couple tings… and come up really bad…
The person in the pics isn’t me or my partner

I choose the photos I want and then someone that I don’t know is included in my picture. This is not what I expected. Nobody wants people they don’t know in their pictures.

They can’t even give you one photo to try with a watermark to see if it’s worth buying. If I can’t try it first, they can’t have my money.

Not even one free sample project. You need to pay right away! False advertisement

the quality is crappy. You pay for a week but once you use all your “coins” you have to purchase more. It’s absolutely ridiculous.

Hand movements are not caught. Also able to do 3 videos free. Was not advertised like that and for premium, it says a certain amount of videos while also claiming premium gives unlimited videos. Contradicting and is probably a technically scam.

App did a reasonable job. About half of the renders approximated what I wanted. But the pricing model just doesn’t work for me. Unsubscribed

I was able to make a quick anime music video. this is really useful. i want more features and filters.

Seeing two of my favorite photos cọme together in a hug is the cutest thing ever

This feature is fun and adds a personal touch to my videos.

MOVA just allowed me to turn pictures of me and my Dad who passed away 7 years ago into a video of him hugging me. Brought tears to my eyes. Thank you.
