Absolutely massive mistake moving to KidStrongMemberApp to the old one. It’s functionally unusable. Basic things like logging in and signing waivers are entirely too difficult, finding necessary information is a challenge, and the thing has absolutely none of the brand character that KidStrong probably spent a lot of money and effort building. It feels like a beta that somehow got released to your customers in error, you should reconsider pulling it and iterating until it’s ready.
Don’t like the new platform at all! I love being able to look at the old app and see all of their progress their trophy case their assignments, their progress, I loved having the option to look at the memories and look at all the photos from the past experiences That they have had at Kidstrong! I am very disappointed in the switch to the new application and hope it goes back to the old one!
The transition from the previous app to this one is awful. KidStrongMemberApp has less useful functionality than the previous app, we can track the child’s progress anymore, see their trophies or even access their pictures.
Went from ok to awful. It is shocking someone got paid to make a worse version of KidStrongMemberApp . Anyone who backed or made KidStrongMemberApp should be jobless.
KidStrongMemberApp is awful! It never works and is not user friendly at all.
KidStrongMemberApp is broken. It always says no location regardless of what I input.
Does not work. Cannot get beyond location screen.
This is such a great place! And a wonderful program. I have had both of my children in this program throughout 2 years and not only are they becoming more coordinated, but they are also gaining confidence I’ve never seen from them! HIGHLY recommend 😊
KidStrongMemberApp has allowed me to conveniently cancel and re-book a class for my daughter. Last minute life situations happen and it’s nice to be able to go into KidStrongMemberApp and handle our class schedule rather than calling the center.
OMG KidStrongMemberApp has changed the game for my son’s KidStrong membership. It did take some getting used to but once I was coached on it, it has been so much easier to use. Easy to cancel classes and reschedule them. Thank you KidStrong!!
