Login Issues

When I try to log in it constantly loops around with “session expired” error, then shuts down. I plug in my info, seems like it’ll work, asks if I want info saved. Seems credible, then the error comes up again “session expired”. Back to login screen to start the cycle once again. I can’t find where to contact the company. It’s very frustrating.

There needs a place for payment from checking accounts

This health insurance hasn't paid for anything and it won't pay for anything because nobody accepts it and they do not give me the option to cancel the plan. Scam company has been stealing my money each month. I'd give a 0 star rating if I could

Some health providers listed do not accept colonial

When searching for providers they often tell me that Colonial Health is not accepted, despite showing up in MyMemberInfo as available

Horrible

Horrible never lets you log in have to try to log in multiple times before getting anywhere. Can’t even pay the bill if I can’t log in.

Get what you pay for

The website and app only want to show you what they want to show you. If you call doctors around your area, instead of following MyMemberInfo/websit recommendation, you’d have a better chance of finding an actual doctor. The coverage is great. MyMemberInfo /help is awful. They only show urgent cares in market. It’s easier to call around and ask. MyMemberInfo literally makes me want to crawl out of my own skin. It’s 2024, pls fix it. There’s not reason MyMemberInfo shld be so stressful.

Vaccines

I just went to get my flu and Covid shot. My Covid shot was free and I had to pay $37 for the flu shot. I pay over $400 a month for insurance you would think they would pay for the flu shot. Right now.

Bad representation

The eye coverage is QVN which includes one Pearl Vision Center. The visit to my PC included weighing me and a chat with the PA never met the doctor. My bill was over $600.00 and I pay $250.00 a month as it is just for coverage. Thanks Obama

MyMemberInfo keeps glitching. I’m just looking for a doctor to get a physical for the first time in four years, and it keeps having me go in circles accepting some terms and then having to hit search. It’s not even in the correct zip code, but I can’t seem to fix it. What is happening?!

I’m trying to schedule a dentist. I have very limited time as I am at work. None of the numbers I’ve called are working!!! What am I paying you guys for???

Trying to find a provider

Trying to find a provider with MyMemberInfo. is horrible due to the pop up screen popping up every time you click on the screen.

App glitch

MyMemberInfo works good for everything but the medical provider section. Every time I click on that selection, it continues to glitch. I’m unable to look at providers that except my medical insurance. This problem needs to be fixed ASAP!
