Huge step back

Absolutely massive mistake moving to this app to the old one. It’s functionally unusable. Basic things like logging in and signing waivers are entirely too difficult, finding necessary information is a challenge, and the thing has absolutely none of the brand character that KidStrong probably spent a lot of money and effort building. It feels like a beta that somehow got released to your customers in error, you should reconsider pulling it and iterating until it’s ready.

Don’t like the new platform at all! I love being able to look at the old app and see all of their progress their trophy case their assignments, their progress, I loved having the option to look at the memories and look at all the photos from the past experiences That they have had at Kidstrong! I am very disappointed in the switch to the new application and hope it goes back to the old one!
This app is useless

The transition from the previous app to this one is awful. This app has less useful functionality than the previous app, we can track the child’s progress anymore, see their trophies or even access their pictures.
