MemberMe is a user front end for managing the web based EZ Facility which our gym has just started using. It looks promising but for now it can’t even do simple tasks such as syncing calendar appointments consistently- it’s hit or miss. I will say the developer seems interested in getting to the bottom of it and has been reasonably responsive with emails. Also, there may be some EZ Facility administrator configuring (switches and toggles) that our local gym needs to get right, hard to tell from my seat as a customer?

I’m a new user of the this app+ App. While it has some cool features to setup for clients, there is absolutely nothing that allows my staff to schedule their clients through MemberMe , view, or even make edits. This makes things very complicated, especially since my previous company had all these different types of access. I think my decision to go with this company would’ve been different if i would’ve known that these limitations were involved.

New update today for bug fixes, now i cant even open MemberMe . MemberMe also makes no sense with the layout, i get notifications for announcements and when you select announcements nothing is there, you have to dig around to find out where it is to get rid of the red bubbles.

I have uninstalled and re-downloaded many times, MemberMe doesn’t respond when tapping on gym schedules or tabs. It freezes constantly. Completely frustrating!

App won’t even open after the last update and it’s not my phone or connection.

Doesn't work. Just downloaded MemberMe , upon opening it, it just hung then finally returned an error message.

Garbage. Waste of bits and bytes.

Im not sure the developers are aware that we are living in 2022. MemberMe feels like it has been built on Microsoft EXCEL 2003

Unable to use bc there is an Error message when selecting fitness center location. Waste of download.

When I try to book classes I often get an "unspecified error message". I've contacted them several times about this problem and the only thing they can say is that this might happen during busy times. I miss getting into classes or have to call to sign up instead. MemberMe is supposed to provide convenience but often it provides frustration. Wish they could fix this problem.

It’s talking so long to load and it’s not my internet because my internet works perfectly.

I like that I can book a class online and add it to my calendar. I don't like that apple tells me that MemberMe developers need to update MemberMe to make it more compatible with my OS and use less memory. I also don't like the fact that MemberMe keeps kicking me out and then I have to log in again and again...

It’s great not to have to carry my member card and my phone. I also like having club information on hand when I need it.

I would like to give an overall feedback on the Instructor, the mobile app and equipment... My instructor Lauren Benincasa is the BEST! She is so helpful and always available to assist me with my workout and fitness goals... I also like and enjoy the equipment. The variety is helpful to accomplish all your fitness goals. The mobile app is very user friendly

this app+ is a very easy to use and convenient app. I no longer need to make a phone call to book a class, just a few taps and I’m booked! I can even sync my classes to my personal calendar. It’s also great having access to my member card from MemberMe so all I need to bring is my phone when checking into my class.

Pretty good I guess

Like others have said, MemberMe is convenient. Easy access to club info, support via feedback, and suitably fast.

As someone who is always on the go MemberMe makes it super convenient for me to choose what class I can make it to at the gym. Also pretty great that I can submit feedback to my gym anonymously when they run out of towels....again.
