ClubLife is glitching. You cannot make an appointment via ClubLife because the screen becomes one sided when clicking to select an appointment. Over half of the words are shifted to the left side of the screen preventing the ability to see options.

App opens then closes with no way to access barcode. So I drive 20 minutes to the gym to find out I can’t enter. This is bush league. How hard can it be to make an app that, at the very least, opens? Feels great paying for a membership I can’t use.

Downloading and Registration was successful but for some reason I’m not allowed to sign in.

Pressing the sign in option or holding it down wont wont. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled ClubLife but no luck.

Ive unregistered and re-registered, changed passwords, and everything else but app still wont allow me to sign in.

I am a single mother and I thought if I had canceled that I would not continue to be charged however I canceled and they will continue to bill me until it goes to collections so I would suggest going to planet fitness because they do not keep a contract on you like that. This was due to negligence on their part because the person I requested to cancel my subscription did not

Thanks for locking me out of checking in with the key tag until going through the process of an update. You’re right, let me stop what I’m doing just to get the latest version. 👎🏽

Downloaded ClubLife to goto the gym. Why do I have to update ClubLife every month if I am only unlocking a door? The only update is to add more advertising. So, I pay monthly for my membership and now you are getting paid for displaying ads on ClubLife you require me to download to gain access to the gym. ClubLife does not allow opening in airplane mode either.
How do I opt-out of the in-app advertising?

It seems like every time I open ClubLife it forces me to update and does not allow me access to my gym entry barcode until I do. This is really annoying because it delays me getting into the gym and I have to download the update with no WiFi. I’ve resorted to taking a screenshot of the barcode so that I never have to open ClubLife .

Really annoying that I constantly have to type in my password. Remember me setting works for roughly a day. It’s one thing to have to open an app to sign in at the gym, but another level of annoying to also have to stop at the counter and type in my password

Have had no issues with ClubLife until I updated it a couple of days ago. Now ClubLife crashes every time I try and open it. I can’t log into my account and can’t even open ClubLife anymore. Please fix!!

It works ok but is very slow - if I’m connected to wifi or have a strong data connection, why should it take 5-10 seconds to load each screen? Too bulky for the limited number of functions it needs to perform.

I’d like to see ClubLife keep a tracker of how many times you go to the gym in a month and offer notification reminders for encouragement to reach certain fitness goals.

Easy to manage, but there’s a lot missing. Like, There’s no official website? I also would like to change my profile picture but that’s not option apparently which is very frustrating

Please fix this . I use ClubLife to schedule my gym appointments . It crashes when every since I updated it.

I’m only giving those three stars because ClubLife is missing something essential - an Apple Watch App. It would be so much more functional if I didn’t have to drag my phone into the gym.

Giving it 3 stars because there is still no watch app. All that would be needed is the key tag access page. Hate dragging phone in to the gym.

Needs to work on Apple Watch. No one wants to carry their phone around working out if they have an iwatch.

Last update won’t even let me get into ClubLife . Says it needs updated. I updated & go back to ClubLife & it says it needs updated again even though there’s not another update.

This is a good app in most cases but needs to be compatible with Apple Watch. It’s frustrating bringing your phone in when the only reason you need it is to get into the gym.
