Doesn’t accept email address

I am unable to creat a profile. It states that my email address is invalids, when in fact it is correct and a commonly used Extension (Comcast). So I am forced to now call. His can anyone use this if they can’t even create a profile?!
Bug in profile

Won’t let me complete my profile from my iPhone because it says I didn’t select a preferred phone. Entered my phone number but no visible field to select if it’s a cell or whatever is needed :(

I’m not sure why this app is even available in the App Store. As the MANY other people have stated, it doesn’t let you register so obviously it no longer works.
