Can’t make an account, it keeps crashing after I type in my information.

Trying to create an account and the code isn’t being sent to my email, not in spam, not anywhere. Resend code option only results in “Oops! Something went wrong.” Message.
Not able to verify or transfer tickets

When I try to view my ticket it says I need to verify. When I hit the verify button it takes me to a page to download the app I’ve already downloaded. It also says everyone has to have their own ticket on individual phones but won’t let me transfer the ticket, I assume due to the fact I can’t verify. Huge issue for people trying to see shows at this venue.
