This app is great to use as a reminder to get up and move around more. Having gotten a new puppy a little over a year ago and not living in a state where it has been taboo to be out walking around I have been religiously walking a mile in the morning and another in the evening but I was mostly sitting while sewing in between. Now I have a daily goal to keep me getting up and moving around much more during the day. The walking part of this app is great (when I have my phone on my person) but the translation into miles or kilometers is flawed as the distance in one of my steps is much less than my friend who is six inches taller than I.
The liquid intake portion of this app is useless! For over three years now I have almost been OCD making sure my daily intake is at least three liters. This app would easily have me drinking four liters or more per day if I went by its demands. Besides, my day starts a five thirty AM and this app is programmed to start at 8:00 AM. I turned that portion off and went back to my old tried and true method.
As a free app, I am okay with it but I would never pay to use it.
