Can’t make an account, it keeps crashing after I type in my information.

LAClippersIntuitDome has made a birthday surprise for my wife a nightmare. So much for a surprise. She had to download an app and add a credit card just to enable her to receive her “surprise birthday gift”

LAClippersIntuitDome makes you go around around to simply transfer a ticket. One of the questions is “ Are there any minors attending” but no box or other way of responding. I have been trying to transfer ticket for hours and have been unsuccessful. I have left 2 voicemail messages and have yet to hear back.

We will arrive a couple of hours early, hoping someone can show us how to transfer the ticket.

Trying to create an account and the code isn’t being sent to my email, not in spam, not anywhere. Resend code option only results in “Oops! Something went wrong.” Message.

why does a venue need an entire APP (a glitchy, useless, unnecessary one mind you)? what ever happened to me SCANNING my ticket from ticketmaster, going through metal detector security, and calling it a day? but nooooo! this silly little intuit dome wants to be woke and “technologically advanced”.

i haven’t even been to the venue itself. i haven’t even had LAClippersIntuitDome downloaded to my phone for more than 5 minutes. i can’t even get my “game face ID” set up, but explain to me WHY DO WE EVEN NEED A FACIAL RECOGNITION TO ENTER THE VENUE? intuit dome management is making this scheme way more complicated than it needs to be. you don’t see their neighboring venues (the forum, sofi, etc) requiring this invasive technology.

i literally have NEVER written an app store review in the 12 years ive been using Apple products, but i decided to pour out my heart and soul to describe to you the rage that LAClippersIntuitDome and venue bring me. please do better.

I have never left an app review before, but LAClippersIntuitDome is so terrible I felt compelled to let everyone(hopefully the people who thought having their own special app to enter the stadium was a good idea) know how terrible this. If you’re going to “require” people to download an app on their phone to enter a stadium to watch a show or event they paid for, you better make sure it works and works seamlessly. LAClippersIntuitDome barely works, let alone seamlessly. Whoever thought this would be a good idea, you should be fired immediately. And to the team who created LAClippersIntuitDome , do better. Either fix all the issues immediately or stop pushing LAClippersIntuitDome as a “requirement” to enter the arena. Allow people to access their tickets on Ticketmaster and AXS, apps that actually work.

First you need to sign up for LAClippersIntuitDome after you download it, then it wants ALL your personal information (name, address, phone, credit card, photo, clear account link, ticketmaster account link).
I bought a few tickets for the Olivia Rodrigo concert for my daughter and her friends. I still can’t see them fully in LAClippersIntuitDome even I accepted them. LAClippersIntuitDome insists on also having the minors download LAClippersIntuitDome which seems like way more than necessary tracking and data collection on minors. Even then, I’m not confident they’ll be able accept the tickets once I “assign” it to them.

If this is what concert going is for today’s generation, they’re probably look at some sad concert entries and lot of data or tickets stolen by bad folks.

App runs slow and buggy. To add insult, it asks for a ton of personal info upfront just to create an app ID that doesn’t work.

We bought tix to see Bruno Mars & the Hooligans on Aug 16th. We followed all LAClippersIntuitDome instructions, then when we arrived to the front of the mass (there were no lines), we were told our tix were already scanned/used prior. So we were forced to another line/mass for a help desk. We arrived early just to Finally get in our seats an hour after the intended showtime because a lot of people were also experiencing issues with LAClippersIntuitDome.

I rarely ever bother to write reviews, but I am since any experience with LAClippersIntuitDome was dreadful. It also didn’t help that we knew we had our barcodes for our tix readily available, but no one could scan them.

The only saving graces that made the night positive and memorable were 2 understanding security workers that helped us get inside, and all the live performers that night. These people are the only reasons we can recall that night as worthwhile; we have no positive associations with LAClippersIntuitDome though.

If you’re going to circumvent a well established app like Ticketmaster and REQUIRE customers to use your proprietary app to enter your venue, then you need to actually build a well functioning app. It’s like they hired the D grade coders to make this thing. It’s unintuitive. It’s buggy. It’s slow. It crashes every two seconds. And NO, I’m not giving you my biometric and facial recognition data because I don’t trust your team to keep my data safe. I did all the verification steps, and I still don’t have a barcode for my tickets that I paid $1000 for. And demanding that every person install their own app to get their ticket? Why? I paid for them? We’ll see how this concert goes, I guess.

LAClippersIntuitDome exists to collect your data and likely sell it. Why would I need an account, which takes forever to set up by the way, just access a ticket I should already have access to on Ticketmaster. Nobody wants this, this helps nobody and irritates everybody. LAClippersIntuitDome holds your ticket hostage unless you make an account, you HAVE TO make an account in order to access tickets that you have already purchased. You don’t agree with their terms and services? Too bad, no ticket for you. I will immediately be uninstalling LAClippersIntuitDome after the event I already paid for and will be avoiding events at this venue in the future.

I added LAClippersIntuitDome to prepare for an upcoming concert in September. I downloaded the day of Bruno Mars concert and as expected heavy traffic equals slow app. Wrong. I have been trying LAClippersIntuitDome daily after that because of the feedback about LAClippersIntuitDome crashing and people not being able to enter the venue. I just tried it now and it is still painfully slow at 7am. This is concerning because concerts/events that rely on LAClippersIntuitDome will create heavy traffic. If an app takes long to load and/or refresh at 7am on any random day, I cannot even imagine how it will perform on event day. Hopefully the testing continues to ensure optimal performance on event days.

LAClippersIntuitDome feels like a blatant violation of my rights to access tickets. It demands far too much personal information, more than even a banking app would require. I shouldn’t have to sacrifice my privacy just to use a service like this. The amount of sensitive data they’re asking for is beyond excessive and feels like an extreme invasion of privacy. I cannot recommend LAClippersIntuitDome to anyone concerned about safeguarding their personal information. An investigation needs to be done and backlash to ensure they change. I was going to go to a show but after the ordeal I went through o decided to sell my ticket.

Remember when you could just print a ticket or at least just have it wallet app? Or at least Ticketmaster app?!

This is such an intrusive way to have to go to concert!!! Bad enough Ticketmaster rakes us with fees now we have to give all our personal and some bio info (selfie of face) just to get in!! Are you kidding!? I just bought a $175 ticket please, I just want to go to a concert! 24hrs before show I have no idea if I will get in, does everyone really have give Balmer all our info! Who are people who thought this was a good idea? I would give negative stars if I could.

I never leave reviews for anything and I felt the need to let everyone know how bad LAClippersIntuitDome is. Downloaded it to go to the Bruno mars concert and it took me 25 minutes to set up, with LAClippersIntuitDome crashing multiple times, and then it logged me out. Attempted to re log in over 10 times to find out my account info wasn’t saved due to LAClippersIntuitDome crashing so I had to take another 25 minutes to set it up AGAIN. If I could leave LAClippersIntuitDome 0 stars, I would. Horrible experience and I will be deleting it right after the event. Hopefully I never need to use it again.

The people at intuit dome made LAClippersIntuitDome so that we cannot transfer our tickets from ticketmaster to another phone. I bought the tickets to see Marco Antonio Solis for my parents on my Ticketmaster app, and it never told me I’m unable to transfer my tickets for the intuit dome. I have to work the day of the event so I can’t go to scan their tickets for them on my own phone. LAClippersIntuitDome requires Face ID so I cannot create an account under my name with my email because I’m not the owner of the tickets and will not be attending.

Why did they complicate this process so much?

Did absolutely no one bother to test this hunk of junk before unleashing this “mandated” fiasco on the public? Numerous requests for help, zero. Only comment was, “You must download LAClippersIntuitDome .” Thanks genius. Been there, done that, why do you think we are reaching out? Honestly, just horrible. Now, hours before the event, hallelujah, I can finally see my tickets including my parking ticket! But wait. The ticket has completely blown out for my guest and must be transferred again apparently. You guessed it. Nope, transfer won’t work. But wait. Three hours later, transfer apparently mysteriously occurred. But not done with the pain yet. The parking ticket I could see this morning is now no longer available. Yes, I’ve just thrown my hands in the air. We are a few hours and counting until the event. Can’t wait to see what this mystery tour conjures up during the next couple of hours. As far as I’m concerned, everyone who had to endure this idiocy should be refunded every penny for tickets and parking. An unbelievable disaster.

I never thought I would let an app upset me so much to the point where I thought about canceling my visit to this venue on multiple occasions! It is such a slow app and on top of that seems a bit controlling! They need to rethink the way LAClippersIntuitDome is made, the way users navigating through it, and the fact that they are shoving LAClippersIntuitDome down everyone’s throat!!! What if my partner doesn’t want to download LAClippersIntuitDome because he is being forced to have his own ticket ??? And it’s almost impossible to transfer it !! I absolutely hate it!!!

This is by far the worst app ever created and the restrictions it has to access your own ticket is ridiculous. If I couldn’t understand it than older generations will most likely not either. LAClippersIntuitDome is asking for so much and it gives a very graphically ugly introduction to LAClippersIntuitDome . It feels as if I’m playing a child game loaded with identity questions and access to my camera and everything. For one just to access a ticket that is already purchased LAClippersIntuitDome is just horrible. It honestly makes me not want to go to any Dome event simply because of this hassle.

I can’t access my $500+ pit tickets… why would ticket master partnered with these people is beyond me. You can’t even access your tickets through ticket master dispute you partnering with them. This is clearly just so that you can steal more customer information and the only reason they partnered with you is because you paid and they probably make money for each ticket you sell and you both share customer data which is very valuable 0 stars they should not force you to use their stupid app if they partner with ticket master.

Giving LAClippersIntuitDome a one star even seems too much. Just got an email to today to set up an account for a concert this Friday!! Why wait till now to tell me.
On top of this tried to make an account and it keeps saying can’t do it technical issues on their side and I have tried all day now it says I reached the max attempts!! Like why can’t we just use Ticketmaster makes no sense just a gimmick to make them look cool.
Hopefully they figure this out because I feel come Friday this thing will overload an be horrible. Also why can’t one person just carry the tickets!!! Why make it so hard!!! Makes no flippin sense!!!

Like most other reviews state, LAClippersIntuitDome is ENTIRELY PURPOSELESS besides to collect your data. They just about force you to upload pictures of your ID and credit cards, stating that it will create a seamless experience getting into, and buying things at the event. I already have a pretty seamless experience at events just opening up my ticketmaster app and scanning my tickets along with using my tap on my phone to buy any concessions but okay👍don’t get me started on the whole “each person in the group has to download LAClippersIntuitDome and jump through all the same hoops for their own ticket” thing. What a pointless app, single handedly ensuring I will not be attending another event here as long as this is in place.

I can say with 100% certainty that I will NEVER purchase tickets for another Inuit Dome event. The hassle it took to download a useless app, create an unnecessary account, and accept my tickets in order to transfer them out to different people for an event I’m not even attending is insane. If the tickets had remained on Ticketmaster, I could have just sent them all straight to my husbands Apple wallet and called it a day, as we do with any other event in the greater Los Angeles area. Now everyone in the party will have to go through the same bothersome process for a venue we’ll never be attending in the future. Absolutely awful.

Never have I seen anything like this. You’re saying this is supposed to make my time at Intuit Dome effortless, but making me download an app and spend an hour trying to set everything up is EFFORT. I have a Ticketmaster account for a reason! THAT is effortless! I’m 30, tech savvy, and I can’t imagine anyone having a good time with this.

Not to mention, nothing is explained in LAClippersIntuitDome . What is Game Face ID? What is an Identity Pass? Why do you need all of this information? Why am I watching a stupid bird wave his wing over and over? Why do all my friends ALSO need to download LAClippersIntuitDome and go through the same soulless hassle?

Absolute waste of time and I will be deleting LAClippersIntuitDome and account as soon as I leave. Can’t a girl just go see a slipknot concert in peace?

I went to access my tickets via Ticketmaster and saw I had to download this stupid app to access them. To set up my account, I had to watch no less than 5 minutes of stupid Clippers-themed graphics just so I could click “skip” on them. And now come to find out that every other person I have tickets for has to download and set it up too? What an absolute scam.

I’m glad I checked beforehand. I’m not looking forward to all of the people stuck outside while they get this dumb app set up. As another reviewer said, I will absolutely be avoiding Intuit Dome events from this point forward. Fix your stupid app.

LAClippersIntuitDome is so bad the technology for this billion dollar stadium is absolutely horrible… they want to know EVERYTHING about you. Southern California would’ve been a lot better off without the intuit dome, LAClippersIntuitDome makes me firmly believe they should’ve never made this place. Clippers should’ve stayed at staples/crypto arena. This is how bad LAClippersIntuitDome is, they need you to upload your id, face recognition, address, and even your card details. And if you don’t do some of those, they keep popping up on your screen saying you need to finish completing your profile.

I have never ever experienced such a bad app and troubling experience ever. Apple should remove LAClippersIntuitDome from LAClippersIntuitDome Store so people don’t ever have to use this.

I would give LAClippersIntuitDome a 0 but I can’t so they get a very undeserving 1 star.

Having spent $900 on tickets for a concert through Ticketmaster, I was surprised and disappointed a month before the show to find that I had to download yet another app - as did everyone in my party. LAClippersIntuitDome requires more data than I felt comfortable supplying especially considering that all this info will likely be breached in the future, but the money had already been spent and there was no recourse or turning back at this point. In the week between my downloading and supplying information I had to update LAClippersIntuitDome 3 times - including the day of the show. My minor child also had to supply identity information to receive her ticket as did my husband. No one was thrilled about this. The venue is new and shiny but the whole concession area is like something from a sci fi movie or video game but not in a good way. Very generic and low quality with little choice and all concessions the same in a repeating pattern. I wish I’d made the choice to see the show in another venue rather than Intuit. Even the employees were unhappy with the performance and process associated with this venue and app. Avoid at all costs.

LAClippersIntuitDome is littered with glitches, error messages, and unable to process data or ACCESS YOUR OWN TICKETS all 2 hours before an event. LAClippersIntuitDome disgusts me so vehemently that it alone will stop me from going to events at the Intuit dome in the future. Horrific experience. I cannot believe an app that achieves this level of disgrace has partnered with the major and respectable entities that are Ticketmaster and the Clippers.

Further, LAClippersIntuitDome forces each person in your party to independently download LAClippersIntuitDome and have their own tickets on their own device. I’m 21 and can hardly figure it out, there is no way my 80 year grandmother will be able to figure it out. LAClippersIntuitDome endeavors to reinvent the wheel in that they make you add your own payment info rather than just using contactless payment like literally other every establishment that also claims to be cashless, entices you to add an ID pass to your apple wallet without indicating what that ID pass even does, and does not show your ticket barcode when on the ticket page. Needless to say LAClippersIntuitDome fails miserably at what it has sought out to do.

So many glitches to transfer tickets which apparently is the only way to access the venue?! It’s so dumb that they force you to download this godforsaken app to go to a concert. If I would’ve known this was going to be an issue. I would have not bought the only California show (Marco Antonio Solis) is performing at ; and would have rather paid double the price to go to a show at a different state. I would fly spirit or a worse airline if there is one, even would’ve flown on the first airplane the wright brothers created, with 6 different layovers; just to avoid having to download LAClippersIntuitDome and use it. The first thing I’m doing after going to see this amazing artist is delete LAClippersIntuitDome in the parking lot , I will even risk staying in the lot an extra hour getting backed up in the traffic just to download it 10 more times just to have the satisfaction to delete it again. I might just abandon my phone and go buy a new one after this concert as well.

I can’t even express my anger at having to download a separate app to Ticketmaster to attend a concert —and not being able to just have my tickets available via apple wallet. I’m paying to see the concert not for Intuit to gather my information. I downloaded and still can’t access my tickets!! It tells me I need to finish verifying my account — I added all kinds of personal information with the exception of the facial recognition, uploading of my ID and credit card. I DO NOT WANT MY PERSONAL INFORMATION STORED ON YOUR APP. I’m taking my mother to this concert and I can’t even imagine what a nightmare this will be for her. I wish Ticketmaster disclosed that you needed to download a proprietary app that requires a lot of information you shouldn’t have to disclose. I would never have bought the tickets. I go to a lot of concerts and spend a fair amount of money, but will never again go to this venue because of this —I don’t care who is coming to town. I’d rather go to another city and venue.

Cant access my ticket without verifying the account but i cant even verify the account

When I try to view my ticket it says I need to verify. When I hit the verify button it takes me to a page to download LAClippersIntuitDome I’ve already downloaded. It also says everyone has to have their own ticket on individual phones but won’t let me transfer the ticket, I assume due to the fact I can’t verify. Huge issue for people trying to see shows at this venue.

Not clear how to transfer tickets. Tried to do it and got locked out of transferring tickets all but 1. No way to fix it - every button says can’t cancel. Now tickets have disappeared all together and I am getting emails that I haven’t accepted the tickets and they will be cancel. What is going on with LAClippersIntuitDome.

LAClippersIntuitDome is absolute trash. It keeps crashing during the account setup. Specifically, it’s crashing during the phone number verification step. Trash app.

They can’t scan the tickets because it says I need to verify LAClippersIntuitDome . I press the link and it takes me back to the download app page. From LAClippersIntuitDome ….

You can’t access tickets…it sends you in a loop to reinstall app…total waste of time…the arena may be nice but if they don’t fix LAClippersIntuitDome asap I’ll never go to another event at this venue!

Keeps saying oops something went wrong

It keeps taking me to LAClippersIntuitDome store when click on “verify acct” so i cant view my ticket to transfer.

I gave it one star too much. It is the worst. Tried calling the phone number they give. You cannot get through to an agent. The message takes you on a never ending loop. When it finally says hit 4 to speak to an agent, it takes you back to the beginning of all the choices. No agent. Way too much personal data required. We are now two days away from concert, no tickets. Parking passes for my guests cannot be transferred. Balmer should fire his IT staff and go back to just scanning tickets from Ticketmaster. I will delete app after concert if I ever get my tickets. I did notice they are on the 17th version of LAClippersIntuitDome . I hope I got the latest since it gets updated every few days. Still being beta tested at our expense.

LAClippersIntuitDome just went live and I can’t access my tickets to transfer to the intended recipient. What’s worse this venue requires each person hold their own tickets in their phone . Fix your apps before you make such ridiculous requirements. Already hating this venue. Shouldn’t have to work this hard to attend. I give you no stars if I could. Also no customer service available.

Going to the Future/Metro concert on Aug 31 and can’t even look at my ticket. It says I need to verify my account and when I click the link, straight to “DOWNLOAD LAClippersIntuitDome !😃” when I have it already.

You know what would help? LET US JUST ACCESS THE TICKETS ON TICKETMASTER!!! You don’t need to be a narcissist and create your own app bro. Just creates more headaches, Jesus Christ

Even after this current update, I still cannot view my ticket, assign or transfer them even after making an account and getting my 10$ off F&B. It says I do not need to verify but doesn’t tell me how to view my ticket. Or do any of the above. What was the point of the update? Please fix this before opening for concerts.

I have tickets for a show next week opening the Intuit. LAClippersIntuitDome says I have tickets and when I click VIEW it says I have to VERIFY my account still, which I thought it already has been. LAClippersIntuitDome is riddled with problems. Will be a huge issue if not fixed by next week opening concert. PLEASE FIX BEFORE!

Leaving this review to help out others dealing with this glitchy app so they’d have a smoother transition. Apparently you need the latest version of iOS if using an iPhone to create a profile. If you choose to avoid this on your personal device you’d have to use a device that has the latest iOS update.

After your profile is created there is also an option to add a teammate account in which you can add and manage profiles for children 13 and under or other guests who may need assistance.

It seems like they’ve fixed some of the major issues people were having which is great. Overall the just feels old and unprofessionally made. I’m only going to one event so I’ll end up uninstalling right after. But if you intend on being a regular, I hope they make the experience smoother for you guys!

This is a real review. For those who are afraid (as I was) that getting LAClippersIntuitDome working will be a nightmare, today I installed the newest version and setup my account. I am on iOS 18 on an iPhone 13 and I had no problems with the setup. Yes it is annoying that LAClippersIntuitDome will ask you for a bunch of personal data including a selfie for facial recognition, but the facial recognition is actually optional and you can hit “Skip”. I think some of the other information like your home address is also optional. Once I got into LAClippersIntuitDome , I was looking for a ticket that I bought from StubHub and had been transferred to me. To my pleasant surprise the ticket was already waiting there because LAClippersIntuitDome recognized that my email address matched the transfer details. I was able to accept the transfer and now I have the ticket in my account. Overall this process took me like 2 minutes so it does seem that the newest version of LAClippersIntuitDome is functioning OK. It’s annoying that I have to install a whole separate app to go to Clippers games, but they are not the only team that does this, I have gone to NBA game in Portland and they also require a separate Trailblazers app. Annoying; but it is what it is. Happy to have it all taken care of now and just wanted to share my real life experience.

LAClippersIntuitDome makes everything so easy! Can’t wait for the building to open and get going!

I read the reviews because of the 1.4 stars and thought this would be drama because people said they had issues. I never usually have issues with tech and this was no different. Easy to set up and understand. I even set it up on my husband’s phone and transferred ticket without a glitch. i’m 48 (mentioning this because I read some reviews saying they’re in their 20’s and should have no issues) for reference

I went to both the Bruno Mars and Olivia Rodrigo concert in its first week of the arena and app opening. LAClippersIntuitDome was definitely having issues during the grand opening, but since the updates, it was much better!

We got into the arena for the Olivia Rodrigo concert with our Face ID and they knew my name as I walked in the door. They gave my 11yo daughter a wristband to link to my account if she gets any concessions and have access to her ticket. She got to go into the lounge and get whatever beverage or snacks she wanted and walk out seamlessly. We were in and out of our seats quickly due to the convenience of the concessions and app.

I’m excited to see go to some basketball games now!

Easy and intuitive to get set up and learn about this revolutionary new experience. Can’t wait to use it irl!!

LAClippersIntuitDome was a headache when I first installed it, nothing would load, and all the taps were not functioning. However, after I uninstalled LAClippersIntuitDome and reinstalled it, taaadaaa like magic! All taps worked, my information was uploaded, and everything was where it was supposed to be. The stadium is amazing, the best concert experience I’ve ever had and we had no issues getting into the stadium. There’s plenty of friendly staff to help with questions. Great job Mr. Balmer!

I wasn’t too keen to create another account and the ticketing functionality wasn’t great, but it was all worth it when I got to the stadium and could simply walk in without a wait because I had enrolled for Game Face. No wait at all and the same happened when I went to buy food. I get some people had complains because they had not created an account but if you do so, you can easily avoid the typical waiting in line we are all used to in stadiums.
