Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever Sensor app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix Sensor app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Sensor app on iPhone
Update Sensor app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Sensor iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Sensor on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Sensor network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix Sensor not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Sensor app issues:

Force Stop the Sensor App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Sensor app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Sensor to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Sensor App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Sensor app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Sensor.

Fix Sensor unable to contact server/ Sensor internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Sensor » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Sensor » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Sensor on android.
