How to fix Sensor app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Sensor app on iPhone
Update Sensor app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Sensor iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Sensor on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Sensor network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Sensor Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Sensor not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Sensor App
1. On android, goto Settings » Sensor » click [Force Stop]

Update Sensor to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Sensor App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Sensor » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Sensor.

Fix Sensor unable to contact server/ Sensor internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Sensor » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Sensor » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
