I signed up and was having trouble being offered an advance. Waited a few days got all the way through linking my debit card just to be told it couldn’t verify my identity. Like… okay? So now I told my husband to sign up and now he’s receiving an error that he can’t be offered an advance. They tell you to contact support but NOBODY will email you back. This is a ridiculous way to steal bank account information by posing to help people between paychecks.
