How to fix Companion app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Companion app on iPhone
Update Companion app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Companion iPhone app

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Companion app issues:

Force Stop the Companion App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Companion app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Companion to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Companion App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Companion app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Companion.

Fix Companion unable to contact server/ Companion internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Companion » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Companion » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Companion on android.
