I registered long ago and have 12800.674687 pi. I was logged out of my mining app and because I started so long ago cannot remember the password. If I try and recover my account I do not receive a sms neither can I send one. Not sure why. I have tried with data, airtime and wifi. I'm with unlimited cell C service on sim and I have uncapped fibre with RSA Web. Not sure whether the message settings are correct. I should imagine so as other messages to other opportunities can be sent and are received. What do I do now as I cannot mine anymore and it seems my mobile Samsung S9 plus - R12000 mobile is not supporting your method of phone verification. I tried downloading the app to my apple iPad, but that wants to start me on a new mining account. This is simply not acceptable. The app says im all set up and im running...the issue is it says my name is spelled wrong...ok well i checked it and its spelled correctly and i have 13 days to do so or i am unable to claim pi if not corrected..so..i hit the correct button to correct it and it said the same thing...i also have provided my email and sign in through facebook so my name should be verified to be spelled correctly but its not...i dis try more then once but the same thing over and over again.
