Im trying to cancel and there’s No way to cancel. Please cancel my trial plan.

All I know is it took out my phone numbers to my friends and I couldn't call them and it ruined my FaceTime. I can't call my friend now on FaceTime and she can't call me so I don't want it. I never wanted it and now I have to sit here and put new phone numbers in all the time.

App should have “Cr__” in front.

Once you purchase it, you cannot stop the subscription. You can’t contact them or email them in any way. Once you sign up for the product they have you hooked. It’s predatory in nature.

AFTER I paid for a year, I was constantly bombarded by ads, Update Notifications, and just junk. I finally decided I was not going to re-new, so after a couple of months, I responded respectfully that I declined to renew. Remember that I had already paid for the ENTIRE YEAR? CleanupStorage immediately stopped working or responding, and even though it stated I still had 10 months left, that I needed to renew AGAIN for $40? Can you say S-C-A-M?

Not even close, not one set of duplicates that were actually duplicates. Terrible product

CleanupStorage removed my contacts, files that I had saved and photos. My contacts are lost including people I’ve known for years and can never get back. This is terrible.

You keep wanting to delete my pictures and charge more for another cleanerI must get SO YOU SAYto delete old and unused unread deleted emails YOUR A SCAMMER I’m ready to delete this that Ivepaid a year for which Ijust got a couple weeks ago and whichI will not recommend nor ever renew I will toss the phone 1st

I’m quite disappointed in CleanupStorage. It asked to merge 4 contacts but doesn’t give you the ability to see which contacts it wants to merge. As a result of my merging those 4 contacts, it merged 50 contacts. Now I have to go back and redo 50 contacts because many of them were medical offices. Some other businesses. Who knows maybe some were family too. 😡

I have asked them to cancel but they want. If you want it to stop you will have to get your bank to do it. They done nothing to my phone I mean nothing. They don’t even deserve one star. It’s time to get on social media and let people no.

Things saved that should be deleted. Costs of updates should be shown first. I have a horrible time tracking, updating information. Have a lot of confusion with “ free trial”. Cancelling or continuing.????

Today I have purchased a lot of cleaners and Securities and so far none have worked. So what have I been buying? Why are you constantly requesting more and more. I am a 69 year old woman. As most elders in this country are on a fixed income. Organized businesses or individuals are constantly ripping elders off. Is this thing one of those con things but only using the cell phones. Does that kind of sound like what is happening here? I am sure.

Hard to know what is meant by deselect.
I checked many boxes but the photos are still there???

I want no, none, nada notification coming my way about being charged money for CleanupStorage.
