First thing that pops up when I opened BoostCleaner ? An add. Then when I go to use the functions another app pops up. Not only this but I couldn’t do anything without paying for it. Maybe just ask for payment to get BoostCleaner instead of making it littered with ads AND not being able to even press a button without being directed for the premium version.

BoostCleaner looks nice and clean but it does not deliver what it promises in the “bait” that it’s “free”. After it scans for your duplicates and you try to actually “clean” them it keeps circling back trying to force you to pay for the premium service. It is perfectly fine that the developers are trying to make money but they should put an upfront price on the fruit of their labor, compete with others fairly and not resort to the “bait and switch” strategy. That only frustrates and chases away potential customers who had the initial trust to try BoostCleaner .

As stated in previous reviews, DO NOT GET BoostCleaner. It literally doesn’t do what it’s supposed to. I click the “clean” button and each time I get an ad. After I wait a few minutes, it doesn’t go away. There’s literally no “x” or anything. It’s just littered with ads, and nowhere to go after. Ads are understandable for any app; developers need some form of revenue, but when you put ads in your app, do it tastefully. This just defeats the entire purpose of having BoostCleaner . This is a waste of your time.

It’s incredibly cumbersome. You might as well do the work of cleaning yourself your phone files manually. It is NOT only NOT fully automated but it makes you go through THREE manual steps PER PICTURE (thousands of duplicate ones) to get to delete them. Other apps you just click once and all your duplicate files are gone without such incredible waste of time!!! Don’t even waste your time downloading this terrible app. Deleted.

I’ve paid for a couple of months and I feel like Radpony has stolen my money. BoostCleaner APPEARS to work on the unpaid scan prior to subscribing. You’re able to control SOME of the scan and cleaning on addresses ONLY. BoostCleaner WILL NOT allow you to individually choose photo functions UNLESS the subscription is DEAD and needs to be reactivated. Upon paying for BoostCleaner subscription and choosing to have that data “cleaned”...BoostCleaner locks down and appears to be in a state of perpetual scanning.

When I have PAID FOR it...BoostCleaner does NOT work. I believe the positive reviews and 5 star votes on BoostCleaner. Total scam.

Not sure how this is legal. Once again...I’m not basing this on a trial membership. I’m speaking of more than one PAID weeklong membership.

Fix BoostCleaner or give my money back.

How to stop BoostCleaner?!?!? I tried to use the 3day trial and it did absolutely nothing! I have gone through the entire app looking for the unsubscribe button and do not see where that could possibly be! I definitely do not want to be charged for BoostCleaner because I will never use it again! Big waste of time!!

I paid the “one time fee” of 9.99 for vip access and it did literally nothing for me. Any time I tried to use BoostCleaner , it would bring up the option to upgrade to pro, or to start my premium version, in which case I would click on restore purchases and then nothing would happen. It’s literally paying 10 bucks for absolutely nothing. Total rip off of a product and company.

App not functioning properly, and it’s keep limiting my deletes to one or not at all. To which I select the (already purchased) option I am brought back to the first page with no response or error correction whatsoever?!! Utterly useless product please be advise to fix this major inconvenience or people will be forced to take action for a faulty product in the Apple app that doesn’t live up to the standards Apple consumers expect when paying a higher price, or nonexistent quality product.! That just proves the capitalist pigs only pushing out subpar products for a quick buck! Not at all concerned about the customers. This is what’s wrong with America today among many other shortcomings that impede this country’s true potential, value, and idealistic standards.

The only reason I downloaded BoostCleaner was so that I could have duplicate photos and duplicate screenshots removed. Unfortunately I have a lot of photos and screenshots and every time I attempt to clear them the wheel just spins and never does anything. Am I missing something? I let it sit there for over 15 minutes and it didn’t do anything other than look like it was processing.

I can’t believe how many times I tried to use this application ok it’s just littered with advertisements okay? And whenever I click clean it pretty much does almost nothing and instead forces you to pay for the application instead, I understand people need the money to keep updating and supporting BoostCleaner (talking about developers here) but WHEN YOU TRY TO MAKE ME FEEL LIKE PAYING 4 DOLLARS A WEEK FOR BoostCleaner *THAT IS PROBABLY GOING A LITTLE BIT TOO FAR* either use another storage cleaner or optimizer or turn off background app refresh, and/or otherwise tap offload unused apps and your good to go on you’re guys end instead. And DONT FALL FOR THE SAME TRICK I DID AS WELL ITS A MARKETING TRAP, I wouldn’t recommend this enough.

I downloaded and purchased BoostCleaner the first day of the trial, assuming that I would get the premium status to clean up my messed up photo apps. Nope!
If you plan to buy, wait for the expiration of the trial.
The first clean up was miraculously fast and it said that all of my photos, on the computer, was checked, duplicates removed. Sounded great! I was so happy…until…I tried the next day, and the day after that and…you get the idea, I tried to run my newly acquired photos for duplicates and the system just did nothing!
It did say that if I wanted more features, I should enroll in premium, which I had!
Additionally, my account shows that I have. But it showed 3, 2, 1 remaining days on my free trial!
So, play with this while you are on your free trial (you won’t be able to do a subsequent cleaning anyway) and then, buy AFTER the trial expires.
At least I am hoping/expecting that I can use another sweep then.
I’ll check back and let you know. I’ll be either changing this review to a wonderful 5 or a don’t-waste-your-money 1 star. Grrrr!

It might just be my phone but BoostCleaner takes minutes to delete 10 selected pictures.
It’s also slower selecting pictures manually than in Photos app. In the Photos app on iPhone, at least you can drag and select many pics quickly.

First all those screenshots of BoostCleaner in the store...it looks nothing like and does t do what it's showing. It doesn't help pick the best photo. It's awful at recognizing duplicates. It doesn't delete the duplicates I want half the time and it crashes. So glad I only paid for a week. This needs some work. I do like the ability to compress the videos.

Be five stars if the rate us popup would stop showing up on every screen even after clicking yes or no; otherwise, easy to use

It’s very benefit to download BoostCleaner some times my IPad heat, lag but for BoostCleaner. My iPad is not lagging and not heating too much thank u guys for providing this types of application apps ♥️♥️

i find BoostCleaner a very good and easy to understand, as well as easy to use too. Also i would recommend BoostCleaner to everyone. All and all it’s a great app for all users.

Bought this thinking I’d have the three day trial, although says I am charged immediately. Have attempted to run numerous scans but BoostCleaner keeps crashing. Attempted to report to Apple but was directed to developer site who can’t actually receive my complaint. Stay away from BoostCleaner. If anything changes, I will gladly update this review.

If I don't get a feel for BoostCleaner in the first few minutes..goodbye. BoostCleaner does what it supposed too. Looking at the details before and after, it really does improve my iphone6+ yet it has room to grow. I use BoostCleaner after deleting photos and other unused apps. Give it a try. It works!

Good app I like it Its different than the other apps that take your lock screen that is why I downloaded BoostCleaner its a good one I encourage other people to download it

Exactly this is the application I need. My machine contains a lot of extra capacity. I was very hard to delete them. Fortunately, there is an application. Thanks for the developer.

Very perfect. There is nothing to criticize a real application. Everything is cleaned up quickly. Backup data easily. There is vip package for you to choose.

It is my fist App. Usually i never do comments. But BoostCleaner is great. I'm able to delete all copy pictures from my 128gb phone. which is fully loaded with pictures. Thanks u!

My tablet had a virus on. Which it kept restarting within a 5min period after installing Boost Cleaner I was able to fix my problems thank you☺

Whenever you need more space on your phone BoostCleaner will be your good friend. It remove duplicate photo, video and contact all unwanted junks and more..

Very good on cleaning junk files. Fast and lightweight also the best cleaning + app hibernation out there. But please include patch info on every update released or we won't update BoostCleaner as it seems unnecessary.
