Hello, I recently ran using my smartwatch Garmin (on January 25th in Reims, France) to record my run as usual, but I did not gain any territory (no animation). When I try to add my run to intvl by clicking on the "add run now" button, the process is pending (there is not any result even after 2 hours). Then when I go to see the map I notice that the territories of other people where i ran are still there but when I click on them, their color turned to dark, as if I really had captured their territories. I could provide you screens to explain the situation in a better way. Thanks for your response.
I downloaded INTVL app but I am trying to loging my Google account but not.
Major Issues

Decided to try the app out to see if it can compete with Strava. After setting everything up and setting off on my first run, I get back to the app having crashed at some point and continues to crash when trying to open. Crashes after redownloading and there is no way to contact support through their website.
