Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever VNN app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix VNN app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the VNN app on iPhone
Update VNN app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall VNN iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix VNN on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve VNN network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

VNN Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix VNN not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent VNN app issues:

Force Stop the VNN App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click VNN app. » click "Force Stop".

Update VNN to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear VNN App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "VNN app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch VNN.

Fix VNN unable to contact server/ VNN internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click VNN » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got VNN » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch VNN on android.
