- Stop asking me to delete photos every time the backup runs
- Add a “safety net” feature like the one that’s available in desktop this app
- Enable this to run on Apple Silicon Macs
- Update documentation to clarify that devices that support thunderbolt should use direct external drives, and not this app Diplomat, for fastest transfers. New devices are phasing out Lightning and have been for almost a year now.
Got the upgrade to this app 7 to be able to use the feature of iOS backups.
Well, it won’t do it in the background and you have to manually trigger the backup to start which makes it pointless.
I like this app for desktop but there are far better apps than this one if you want to backup your iPhone. So this was a bait and switch upgrade for me.
