From now on I will read the REVIEWS!! The examples are misleading! It doesn’t do a good job. They touched up their examples!! I wasted $29!!!! You don’t get your money’s worth!!

Some old washed out photos I had was unaffected by the AP. After was very little changed and useless

Tried it several times on one old photo and it either made zero difference, completely changed the color or when removing by the background took half of the heads away.

It’s ok, it gets the job done. UNTIL you look at the finer details. For example when sharpening the image, it does sharpen it but it adds a bursts filter, a strong one. But also the ai in this starts changing things. I had a portrait where the subjects mouth was closed but the ai opened the mouth and added jacked up teeth. And another one where I had hands and I wanted to sharpen the image the ai literally added weird fingernails. So it’s ok, but the finer details are hideous. Again I’m only sharpening so why it’s doing all this other stuff I don’t know.

The Facebook ad for Remaxi shows that scratches and fold lines on old photos can be removed and enhanced. Nope that’s not what Remaxi does. That’s what caught my eye about it and that’s why I downloaded it. Canceling subscription now! Thanks anyway.

from far away the photo it enhances looks good. i used the un-blur filter to hopefully get a clearer image and it did work but if i zoom in a little on my face, it looks completely distorted like something from uncanny valley. the smile and eyes are completely changed from the original image to the point where it doesn’t even look like a normal human face. it is super creepy and makes the newly un-blurred image unusable.

This is a great app and easy to use. I love Remaxi , but $7.99/week is OUTRAGEOUS! I don’t love it that much. You must be greedy to get rich. I can easily see $7.99/month, but not $7.99/week. That translates to almost $35.00/month, over $415/year. That is OUTRAGEOUS!

I needed to improve the quality of some pictures and it did that. It’s not a miracle worker but it definitely improved them.
