Furious with this company. It used to sync my uploads to Dropbox with no problem. It stopped syncing in August 2017. Nothing I created in the app in 2018 backed up. I have disconnected and reconnected my (paid) Dropbox account half a dozen times. Nothing works. I have contacted the company five times and each time they say they will look into it and get back to me in a day. They have never gotten back to me and the Dropbox sync has not been fixed. Buyer beware: if you use this app and expect it to be backing up your precious files to Dropbox, check that it’s working! As far as I can tell, these files are only on Keepy. Hope this company never goes under or my memories are gone.

I’m a long time user and have collected tons of memories with this app. I really appreciate how the app separates it by child, age, etc The layout is easy and I like that you can share with fans. Unfortunately since last year I noticed my videos and photos are all mixed and jumbled up and it shows one preview and when you play it, it’s a completely different entry. I contacted customer service and never heard back. I’m not sure I will continue with this app since it’s not working properly anymore 😢

I’ve been using the free keepy app for years. Just recently I decided I needed to upgrade to the subscriber service (because they limit you to 8 uploads a month, which, for multiple kids, is pretty difficult to limit it to). I was given a free 7 day trial but 3 days in, the server said it was busy and wouldn’t let me upload for two days. Then, when I could finally upload, it pushed me back to the free service and said I had to buy the subscriber service to upload more (it hadn’t even been 7 days of the free trial!). I have emailed them twice about it and both times haven’t heard anything back (the first email to them was 5 days ago). I have enjoyed their app but I’m so disappointed in their customer service. I’m sad that I’m kind of stuck with them at this stage because I have so many pictures saved to their site. But if I had known I couldn’t get in touch with them when I had issues, I would have looked for another art keeping site.
