From the launch of BigTime , we have been unable to save entries for time with an error stating "We are unable to save your time entry at this time. Please check your connection and try again." With full cell coverage and wifi connection. At least the previous app worked in that regards.
UPDATE: Now 2 weeks have past since the updated release that is not working for our company for time entries, with only a "we reviewing code and testing" last week and a statement that this week they would update us on the updated release, with no updated release information other than "you'll know when we tell you" when I've reached out for to support. They acknowledge they knew about the issue prior to releasing the update but pushed it anyways.
