Cannot log in

Still cannot log in. I have tried for over a week to set up account but still cannot I deleted and reloaded and still cannot get app to to work. Used app advice for free version with and without with no luck

The app does not open or work past the log in screen. “Authentication error” appears at the top and that is as far as it goes.
