YzyFIT is not connecting when you first try to set up your account. l have tried four times now and it always fails on the last step. Please fix.

After getting a respo se from the developer letting me now they had been having some technical difficulties and those had been taken care of, i tried to sign in again, and........ lt still will not let me sign up/in. Always gives Authentication Error and does nothing. Very disappointed because it looks like it would be a great app if it actually worked.

In my opinion it is a scam. Or a trick to get credit card information. It’s telling me to subscribe But It’s free for life ,as advertised.Can’t leave the feed back it says
“oops app is having a technical difficulties”🙄
why do i have to subscribe? Even if it is for $0:00

Still cannot log in. I have tried for over a week to set up account but still cannot I deleted and reloaded and still cannot get app to to work. Used app advice for free version with and without with no luck

I have the lifetime membership but it keeps telling me to reset YzyFIT . It doesn’t store any of my data. I’ve not been given a fitness plan. Whenever I click on anything it says oops there seems to be a problem and to reset but again nothing happens. What am I to do? Your reply says everything was fixed and to try again but still the same thing. I was reading other reviews and it appears I’m not the only one having issues. This is so frustrating.

YzyFIT does not open or work past the log in screen. “Authentication error” appears at the top and that is as far as it goes.

Thought this looked interesting and decided to give it a try. From the beginning it was frustrating, multiple tries to set an account, failure with no real idea what the problem could be. Finally seems to login and none of the input data was saved or showing in the account. Wanted this to work but don’t want to spend the time being frustrated over simple actions.

Update: got a response from the developer that they had some systems issues and to try again if I was interested. Went through the whole onboarding process again to get to the final step where it throws an authentication error.
Understand that problems may come up but should really test to make sure they are resolved.
Deleting again

Crashed repeatedly. Seems very buggy from the few seconds I tried to navigate YzyFIT over several attempts. Looks like it has potential if it usable. An Apple TV all would be ideal for many users once the bugs are ironed out.

It isn’t allowing me to create an account.

Can’t create an account or upgrade to “pro” never finishes set up. Buttons at bottom not doing anything.

I downloaded YzyFIT today and think I have purchased the free-for-today lifetime subscription. However, YzyFIT has not saved any of my information and when I try to add it, it keeps telling me to reset YzyFIT . When I tried to create the account, it just spun and spun, but when I tried again, I got an error message. When I closed YzyFIT and re-opened it, I tried logging in…more spinning. When I re-opened it again, I seemed to be logged in, but my account info is empty. Nothing in YzyFIT will open—I see lists of exercise programs but cannot open them.

I am really hopeful YzyFIT will help me find exercises I can do and maintain without hating exercise. I would be happy to update my review if YzyFIT becomes functional for me.

App always gets stuck at login or account creation, even though password reset sends an email & says it worked. Never able to login. Just a stuck spinner. Never saw anything except the inane onboarding questions.

Onboarding is clearly only about female weight loss. The onboarding avatars are only female. If you give your weight & a higher target weight, it will still show you a graph with a downward slope from the 1st number to the target weight. Wrong, Dumb & sloppy.

After trying for some time, force quit YzyFIT . This might get you to a list of workout categories, but still no content.

In summary the only part of YzyFIT that is functional is the onboarding (before acct creation) and that part is really lame. I suspect a major database connection problem may be at the root of all this.

I'm sad to leave such a negative 1 star review, but YzyFIT is poorly written, tone deaf, & completely unusable. Sorry.

Cannot use YzyFIT

When I downloaded YzyFIT and subscribed to Yzy Pro it was for $0.00. No mention of a trial period anywhere. However, today when clicked on today's workout it said I used all my free workouts.

I have already purchased the lifetime service, but I still cannot get it to work. It keeps prompting me to make a purchase, which is garbage.

…at the end of Create Account and can’t move forward anymore. Can you help me? It stops at the picture testimony. ^-^

The amount of workouts and food options are good along with the 28 day plan it gives you. There could be more foods but theres a good amount. On the topic of food, the calories tracker is cool and is pretty easy to use, however, it could be easier. Instead of having to manually choose how many calories to remove, it would be faster if we were able to swipe or hold it down to have the option of deleting it (like how you swipe to delete instagram comments). My biggest complaint and the reason it's 4 stars instead of 5 is the fact that whenever i go to voice options it crashes YzyFIT and wont let me send feedback, i'll be able to type everything out but it won't go through. It also stops my music whenever i start a workout which is irritating since i like to listen to it while i workout, an option to shut the voice off would be very appreciated and is my main concern. Another thing that would be cool to see is maybe a fasting tracker on the "Goals" section, it doesn't need to be much. Just something simple like the "LIFE" app has.
If those things were fixed/changed then i can see myself using YzyFIT a lot more

Got free lifetime subscription through app advice but can create account. I created one but it never will complete the wheel just keeps spinning. I tried to log in got authentication error same when I tried to crea the account again. Tried forgetting password said there was a problem try again
By the time I can if ever get in the time limit for the free lifetime will have passed and I will end up paying

YzyFIT is really well made. I can watch videos and exercise at home, and the options are also very good.
