Doesn’t work

I downloaded neo with the intention of opening a fresh dollar account, as I had seen in the advertisements. First time I open it, neo asks for notification permission, without any context or explaining what kind of notifications to expect. Then the logo animated and nothing else happened. I got stuck on a blank screen with the logo in the middle indefinitely. neo doesn’t work. If neo works I will update the rating and the review.
Needs attention

Full of bugs and always undergoes server maintenance especially when needed!!! You can’t access you accounts except through neo 👎 you need to work on web access also and fix the always occurring server issues
