I can’t imagine putting out a worse product. Not only has SNP360 been around for awhile, but it’s never been improved.

I am signed out every time I exit SNP360 . I have to sign back in, put my provider back in, then when I go to watch…kicks me right back out.

SNP360 is legitimately worthless. I cannot watch anything.

This application is broken. I understand that we need to be in the Pittsburgh viewing area to use SNP360 . I was in the viewing area twice this week, but I couldn't stream the game because I was on cellular and my IP address put me in a different location. Why doesn't SNP360 ask for my location? So you can only use SNP360 while connected to your home WiFi?

You know what would make SNP360 better?

Not a great app. Before it switched over to this app everything was working as it should. I was able to stream live games from SNP360 and website. However, after the switch, I can’t access anything. It’s incredibly frustrating. I reached out to customer service as well and had a very slow response time. It’s been days and I still haven’t resolved my issue…

And the kicker of it all is that you can’t stream using data. What’s the point in having a streaming service if you can’t watch it any where but at home….

I downloaded SNP360 and the only screen that would come up as a login screen. I was then directed to go to watch Sportsnet Pittsburgh to link it to my Comcast account. I have Sportsnet Pittsburgh in my channel lineup. But there was no way to link it that I could find, it kept going back to a screen that wanted me to change my password and I see no reason to do that. unless they make it easier to actually sign up and access SNP360 it’s not worth the time trouble or effort to get it to work.

Never able to login even with my tv provider. Nothing but issues. All I want to do is be able to stay logged in, but even then it logs you out and you can’t log back in. I have done everything possible to try and get SNP360 to work and it just won’t. I’m not sure what the alternative is other than to not use it. This is what happens when an outside source takes over for a quick money grab from non-suspecting customers even if it’s free for some of us.

I downloaded SNP360 while traveling away from home (I live in Pittsburgh) so I can keep up with the Buccos on the road. SNP360 is useless. Despite linking my xfinity account, which seemingly should authorize me to watch live, I’m told again and again that I don’t have access and the video is not available in my location. What a waste of time and resources. Protect your data — don’t trust SNP360 with it!

I naively thought that this would allow me to watch the Buccos when I’m traveling. I’ve tried it twice in different locations in the Midwest and there’s no option to watch live video. I presume SNP360 is smart enough to know that I’m outside the normal service area and is blocking it. D. U. M. B. What’s the point if I can’t watch when I’m away from home? I’ll have to try again when I get back to PA and update the review.

This is absolutely the worst app I have ever used. I am not going to bother rehashing all the problems. Just read the other reviews. I finally got it to work but only after reading someone’s comments here about the FAQs. It doesn’t remember my login credentials , cookie preferences, etc. Absolutely terrible. I downloaded it for free and that’s too expensive.

Since Fenway group took over, just making things difficult for fans to watch the pens and the pirates. Jumping from one app from another, and then have to start the sign up process over again, if I have to switch to another app again I would just cancel cable all together. Absolutely terrible

I created an account with my provider and I can’t access anything, it keeps telling me to log in. Why can’t I do out of home with my provider streaming service if I can supposedly access this worthless app with my provider. More than frustrating and disappointing.

If I could give this less than one star I would. SNP360 says you can sign in with your cable provider to stream the games but you aren’t able to stream the games at all.

I had SNP360 working half-decently for about two weeks, but signed out to show my dad how to use it and now I can’t get it back to how it was before. It is awful. I can sign into my account on the web, sign in using my cable provider’s credentials and watch live. But in SNP360 , it’s nearly impossible to know where to go or how to connect to watch the games. Honestly, I must have gotten it right the first time purely by accident, because I can’t seem to replicate the result.

What’s the point of an app that is paid for if you can’t watch live games while you travel? I travel for work and vacation and want to watch the games but can’t because the up address isn’t in the Pittsburgh region always. This is a terrible design. As long as you pay for something it should work no matter what.

They sell SNP 360 on the go but it’s not. You can only watch on at home or established WiFi. Can’t watch on mobile hotspots (even if 5 miles away from PNC). SNP360 itself though is just a nightmare, in between have to deal with constantly reinstalling for faults or just plain buffering ever 5 minutes. Worse of all this is the only legal way to watch live pirates games. Feels like I’m illegally watching it with all the buffering. But just like the team they broadcast I will continue to be a sucker. Just fix SNP360 so I can watch my games and I’d give this 5 stars smh.

This is not a user friendly app. I’ve been plagued with issues trying to watch games. If I’m out of my home area it does not allow access logging in with cable providers. So I pay subscription and it doesn’t recognize hotspot data. A real PITA. Emailed support they said it’s geo- restricted meaning you can’t access if out of your area on Mobil hotspot. It really is a terrible app.

I want SNP360 to work so bad. I live away from Pittsburgh TV coverage area but within the streaming service range. This worked for about a week then their system started having issues saying I have a VPN and unsafe internet. Xfinity basically said they were full of it. I sent the info from xfinity to them and they basically told me it’s not their problem. Should be ashamed of themselves to treat their customers this way

What a joke. Already paying $11 more per month for Sportsnet Pittsburgh and they can’t even offer an app that works.

I sign into my provider and immediately jumps to an “error” pop up.

App never works. Try to log in and it’s always sorry something went wrong! Absolutely ridiculous! Do not waste your time downloading SNP360!

I signed in using my cable provider. There is no live stream option. Also if you're using your network like Verizon or AT&T, forget it it won't let you watch. You can only watch if you're on Wi-Fi in your own house which defeats the purpose because you have a television set why would you wanna watch it on your phone if you could watch it on your TV. This upgraded app is worse than before. That is why I gave it a one star rating if there was a way to make it zero stars I would. The developers should say on their TV commercial only works if you live in Pittsburgh or near Pittsburgh and you can only use it on Wi-Fi and on cellular network.

I have an Xfinity account and I am unable to watch a live game. My only viewing option is on an demand video.

I login and only one demand video shows up. No program grid shows. Apparently Verizon isn’t participating with them on live streaming like they did with ATT app

Everytime I start watching a broadcast it times me out and says session no longer available

SNP360 always kicks me out. I enter the provider info to log in and it always pops up “something went wrong” and makes me do it again. SNP360 is an absolute joke

Hoooooorible! The only way to watch anything is via a link under “FAQ”? Clearly whomever designed SNP360 took the money and promised they could deliver something they can not! When you do finally get to the website version from SNP360 , it asks you to download SNP360 ! Lol. You spend 10 minutes ng in and syncing your cable provider account only to have it spin a wheel of disappointment at the end of the process. And if you try to refresh, you must go through the whole process again despite using the “remember me” features.
Tear it all down and hire someone who knows what they’re doing to rebuild from scratch!

They advertise you can log in your your network provider for cable TV and yet it doesn’t work on the main log in page.

I made an account to log in and there is no option to link my cable account. I pay extra to watch their games in what is technically out of market (western/central PA) but can’t watch the games on anything except my TV. It’s ridiculous what these networks do to restrict you. They want you to watch their content but make it as difficult as possible to do so.

Games always start and you can’t ever watch the game since it is not on SNP360 . Game is currently on SNP but nothing on SNP360 . Can’t always watch it at home so SNP360 is supposed to be useful. Games freeze and crash all the time. Using iPhone and Galaxy and neither work.

It prompts me to log into my TV service provider and after I do that, it just says “Sorry, something went wrong” and that’s it, can’t watch the Bucs.

I’m going to delete SNP360 until they get whatever figured out.

I’m an xfinity customer and I cannot sign in with my account to watch live games. I get an error message “sorry, something went wrong” after I sign in with my xfinity account. How can I fix this?

Poor quality when casting to a TV. Constant buffering, pixelated frames, and a significant delay to the live feed during telecasts. Tested other apps to confirm it was not the TV/network, but they worked just fine. Please explore a fix for the next update.

When it works, it isn’t bad. But for the last 3 weeks of March in to April of 2024, I’m signed in, I got to sign in with my provider and it tells me something went wrong as it’s verifying and I cannot get it to work. Never. Tried 20 times straight. And got nothing. Need help here.

SNP360 is definitely better than the old one. I’m still finding that AirPlay isn’t working though, please fix this or allow Xfinity to stream the channel out of the house WiFi or make an Amazon fire stick app!

I have been using SNP360 for pirates season so far and it’s been ok. But I take frequent trips outside of Pennsylvania and I can’t access live feed of the games when I’m gone. I don’t feel like it’s worth the 18$ a month if I can’t watch wherever I go. It’s 2024 and I don’t understand why that is a thing. That’s why people illegally stream in Pittsburgh because SportsNet has been a problem before there was even an app because you can’t go through nhl or mlb to watch the games only SNP. I will not continue my subscription if this isn’t changed.

I’m able to watch on my desktop, iPhone, or on any tv using AirPlay. Way cheaper than signing up for livestream tv that carries AT&T SportsNet. Once I got it set up, I haven’t had a single issue watching all the Pirate games. Thanks for making this available!

I just wish ROKU made it available in their app catalog.
