So this should be something that is easy to fix. PittsburghSteelers itself is fantastic in my mind...it’s a one-stop shop for all things Steelers! I don’t have any issues with stability, content, etc.

My issue is with score updates. Sometimes I’m not able to watch the game, and I love getting score updates. But WHY OH WHY do you only push notifications when the Steelers score?? I get that we should be happier when that happens, but let’s be real! So here’s what I see : Steelers: 7, Bills: 9 HALFTIME. “Okay, I say, that’s okay we got this. Next update: TOUCHDOWN!! “Yes! I say! Here we go! We’re in the lead now!!” Steelers: 15, Bills: 23. “Wait, whaaaaat???”

Does anyone else see a problem with this?

PittsburghSteelers is broken an will not let me answer all 16 questions….This has been an issue all season….The needs fixed ASAP!! The 1st 8/questions are already answered and I can NOT change them….I can on,y answer questions 8 tgeob16 so I am only given the chance to answer half of the questions so I am not getting all of the possible points….One week, it would Not let me answer any questions…..I tried logging out and shutting down and logging in again but it still does NOT work…..

Truly do enjoy PittsburghSteelers for news, etc. The notifications for new Steelers news throughout week are incredible, I love that! My issue is with the weekly Gameday Challenge. It never signs me in with my user name that I used the week before, and constantly freezes when I get to that point. If, in fact, I am able to do the “questions” then it didn’t save my answers. Mild inconvenience I wish I could have a shot at winning any giveaway...but otherwise I have enjoyed the other areas of PittsburghSteelers .

I love having PittsburghSteelers and especially cause we no longer have a tv provider (Comcast, dish, etc), so it’s nice to be able to watch the games since we are in Colorado. My only issue with PittsburghSteelers is I cannot cast from my phone to my smart tv. The audio comes through just fine but no picture. PittsburghSteelers only streams a few game a year and it would be really nice to be able to actually watch the game on my tv instead of my phone. Please fix this!

Love the Steelers, PittsburghSteelers not so much. I am unable to access the Gameday Challenge on my iPad. I can access it on my phone but even on that you can’t change your answers once you select them and it didn’t even record my week 1 answers. Which in a cumulative season long challenge is important. The videos and some of the other content on PittsburghSteelers are good though but PLEASE fix the Gameday Challenge so that I get credit for all my correct responses!

In the past few season the Steelers app was ok. Fairly easy to navigate and the links worked. This season whatever changes were made only succeeded in making it a very user unfriendly app.

As you navigate, there is no easy way to get back to home page to access other links. A number of the contests such as the GameDay challenge freeze when you attempt to play them.

Several messages to the apps feedback resulted in no response. Extremely disappointed.

App consistently closes on initial launch then usually works after relaunch. Unfortunately, it’s been shutting down on me on relaunches lately as well. So annoying! Better off just using my web browser to go to the Steelers website. Please fix...it’s been like this for quite some time.

I love PittsburghSteelers since I am a truly Steelers fan, I have had PittsburghSteelers for years on my iPhone and my iPad but now PittsburghSteelers crashes on the iPad immediately after I open it ! I do not know why because like I said it had been working very well. Please help me with this issue, I have checked and there is not updates for PittsburghSteelers yet.
I will be waiting for your answer. I am still waiting to hear from you, please. Thank you

I have really enjoyed PittsburghSteelers in terms of keeping up to date on all things Steelers. However, it’s been weeks now that videos won’t play and there’s NO COMMUNICATION from the developers on workaround, timeframe to fix or if they’re aware of issue. I’m going less and less to PittsburghSteelers and relying on other sources.

Enjoyed PittsburghSteelers for a year or so, but now, when it starts to open, it just disappears suddenly. Deleted app, reinstalled, no luck. I then restarted the iPad, no luck. Finally, did a complete reset of the iPad, removing all data. This worked, but when I opened PittsburghSteelers the next day, it’s now doing the same thing. I see that a few others have reported the same. Please, push update to fix!

I love PittsburghSteelers but I wish video would work. Steelers app doesn't play video well. It stops after a few seconds. Playback is then spotty and very low quality. It is unusable. I always tuned in for press conferences and Steelers Live episodes. The Steelers website has the same issues.

I love the Steelers, but PittsburghSteelers , not so much. It’s not as interactive and fan involving as other apps such as the Titans app. I’m also a Titan’s fan. The Titans App does interesting activities with fans such as drafting an all time team and thing like that. I think it has potential if it gets more involved with the fans

It’d be super helpful to get notifications for all scores, not just ours. That’s what every other sports team app does. It’s harder to keep up when you only know when we score. Otherwise, a useful app.

Great app but the words Here We Go no longer highlight when getting ready to launch. Working as intended? If so please put it back the way it was. I loved that!!!!

I do not know what happen with PittsburghSteelers. PittsburghSteelers use to be accessible but it is not now. For those who are using voiceover or talk back you cannot click on anything to open articles, audio, videos or anything of that nature. It will allow you to share media and nothing else. I am a Pittsburgh Steelers fan but this is ridiculous with PittsburghSteelers and its development.

Tomlin needs to get Rudolph outta there and put Hodges back in, Delvin took charge and ran the offense better than this Rudolph kid, put Hodges back in and start winning some games, Rudolph looks like a second string high school quarterback......

I clicked on my app today that I have had for years and it would not let me log in. It says my email or password is incorrect. I click on forgot password and put my email in and it says my email is no good. Nothing has changed on my end so how can this be fixed without losing my years worth of points and time on PittsburghSteelers ?

This new Steelers app has everything a Steelers fan can ask for from news updates, rosters, ticket sales, Heinz Field info, schedules and so much more. PittsburghSteelers is great!

This abb stop opening. It was working for years and then stop working two days ago. Is this going to be fixed.

Nicely laid out, but videos only work about 75% of the time. As a huge STEELERS fan I find it very frustrating when they advertise a update or highlight video that doesn’t seem to run☹️.

Just got the updated version and it blows. Can’t access the schedule? The stats? Standing? It was better the old way

When I first got PittsburghSteelers 3 years ago it had everything I needed. Now I can’t even find the roster... plus I used to see who was playing today in the nfl along with the time of the games and what network it was on. I deleted PittsburghSteelers in hopes of finding a new one... but I guess it’s limited. Ill just stick to the nfl network.

Do not like the latest update. I can’t get the challenge to work. When I go to part of PittsburghSteelers , I have no way to return to the home page. Can’t use it on my iPad or iPhone. The pages have way to much “stuff”. Seems very cluttered. Love my Steelers but hate PittsburghSteelers .

App does not open since yesterday. I uninstalled and reinstalled but it brings you to the home screen and then shuts down. Is there a new update coming soon?

Mine started doing the same as the other's just the other day! I click on it & it comes on but changes back to the main screen! Had PittsburghSteelers for a long time & this is the first issue I’ve had with it! It’s always been a 5 star but I have to put 1 star today!
