If any college students ever wanted to go see a Pittsburgh Penguins game, it is nearly impossible to buy tickets off of their student rush link because of how glitchy their checkout process is. I have tried multiple credit cards, and put dozens of different tickets in my shopping cart, but whenever I go to check out it says that my tickets were already bought. How can somebody buy tickets out of a shopping cart when the whole idea of a shopping cart is to save it for the customer who placed the tickets in there so that they can buy the tickets and no one else can steal them. The whole idea of this program is to generate future season-ticket holders, but why would anyone do that if they will not allow their clientele to purchase tickets that belong to them in their own shopping cart. Try not to waste your time getting your hopes up that you’re going to the game that night if you can’t even get tickets because of how terrible this system is set up. This is the one time I wish there were negative stars because that’s how bad PittsburghPenguins and student rush software is.

This is, by far, one of my favorite ways to keep in touch with the Pittsburgh Penguins. I can listen to games, see photos, and watch the feed when I’m free. I’m from the Pittsburgh area but I’m in Montana for school, so the time difference and distance makes it difficult for me to keep up with games. Keeping notifications on is an easy way to make sure I’m still able to follow the games. I’d recommend PittsburghPenguins to anyone looking to keep up with the Pens.

I absolutely love PittsburghPenguins! I love the penguins and I just love to be able to get all of the news about them on PittsburghPenguins. However, lately there has been a bug where I cannot see the “feed” category on the home page. I press it, but it will not show me anything other than a white screen. Can you fix this please? It was one of my favorite parts of PittsburghPenguins . Thank you!

I open PittsburghPenguins to make a prediction, it prompts me and I hit ok...and then nothing happens..no redirect no noticeable link to make a prediction...used to enjoy the texts. They were easier, quicker, and simple. Now I have to unlock my phone, go to an app, search PittsburghPenguins to find this mystical tab to make said prediction, all while being hit with ads and news feeds I’m not necessarily interested in. To be honest, I’m actually quite salty over this move. I understand wanting more traffic on PittsburghPenguins Store, more $ for advertising and such but this move is just not a winner. Need to remember the KISS rule. Keep It Simple Stupid.

PittsburghPenguins is great 👍🏻. I have only one thing to say. The radio broadcasts and updates during game time are extremely delayed. I love the Penguins and watch/listen to them whenever I can, I just wish that when I’m listening to the radio it wasn’t delayed. Otherwise PittsburghPenguins is great and I recommend it to anyone who wants to follow the Pittsburgh Penguins. 🐧 💛🖤💛🖤💛

Why has the twitter feed in PittsburghPenguins stopped working??? It was fine a few days ago. It’s not working on my iPhone my husbands or our iPad. Please fix this! Oh and what gives with the pens predictor I’ve guessed first goal quite a few times just to go so much off at different places kind of disappointing.

PittsburghPenguins used to be simple and practical. I used it mainly to listen to the radio broadcast since I live on the other side of the commonwealth. But now the radio function is hidden in the new “Penguins Experience.” The feed is unstable. If I accidentally launch a video with sound in another app, I’m unable to restart the Penguins radio feed, even after rebooting PittsburghPenguins . Stop breaking things that work!!!

Displaced Pens fan out here in Vegas. I always made the effort to at least listen to every game on PittsburghPenguins when I wasn’t watching it at home. Just recently found out that the radio broadcast for games was taken out?! Please bring this feature back. It really made PittsburghPenguins amazing and now have to find other means to follow my team along the way.

You all had it exactly right when you could click audio and pick ‘radio only’ on ‘Pens Experience.’ What happened???

PittsburghPenguins was great and Then you try to make it fancy. We don’t need fancy we need something that works. Just go back to the radio app the way it was. Hit the radio button and you can listen to the game on the radio. Pretty simple

The Penguins app is good with all the updates and news of what’s going on with the team and user friendly. However, the Radio doesn’t work half the time so I can’t listen to the games. Others have had this problem from who I’ve talked to.

Now that they’ve added the Penguins Experience the radio option is terrible. I just want to hear the game. This crap in between messes with the sound. I don’t need to feel like I’m there, I just want to hear some hockey.

I have followed the pens for about 5 years but the broadcasts have been taken down. I am a southwestern Pa native but now live in Cincinnati and have been proud to claim the Pens as my team. Will the radio broadcasts be coming back?

This needs updated for iOS 11. There is no Facebook login option in settings anymore.

The radio broadcast keeps cutting out, just downloaded after deleting the nhl app since that doesn’t seem to help any fans of any team out. But PittsburghPenguins is dedicated to the penguins and you can’t keep a broadcast going for more than 30 seconds. This is so ridiculous I can’t believe none of the nhl apps work.

App works fine on my iPad. Radio feature is same as in previous app. It's about a 5-second delay over live. No problem with radio feature at all..

I have tried to connect my Ticketmaster account to the Pens app many times with no success. It keeps saying I cannot use my email address and to use another one. Well, I only have one Ticketmaster account. Would be nice if you could submit errors directly though PittsburghPenguins .

PittsburghPenguins used to play the radio perfectly. Every since they changed the “Fans Experience” it’s been awful. I can’t get the game to stay on. Living out of state, this is one of my main ways of keeping up with the games. Please fix it!

I’ve been a user of PittsburghPenguins for several years. Went through the login nonsense to get access. The primary use of PittsburghPenguins is to listen to the radio broadcast. Guess what no longer works? Yep, maybe someday the developers will encounter a concept called “regression testing.” For now they simply created a giant, humongous, colossal fail.

He app is currently telling me to update in there App Store, but there’s no update available. The update message makes PittsburghPenguins unusable. Thanks

I used to love pens predictor. Moved it to PittsburghPenguins and I have only been able to get it to work for a handful of games this year. Half the time the current game isn’t listed. Only thing keeping it at two stars is the fact I can listen to the game on PittsburghPenguins

There is basically nothing on PittsburghPenguins. You have to go to the Pens website to get any news. If they would just put the same content on PittsburghPenguins that is on the team website it would be great. The only reason I still have PittsburghPenguins is for the game radio broadcast, in case I need it.

PLEASE FIX THE RADIO. I’m at work almost every game and I look forward to listening on PittsburghPenguins !! I was so excited for the first game of the season today, unfortunately I’m at work, so I wait until puck drop to take my lunch break, turn on the radio and it shuts off after 30 seconds of gameplay!! Please address!!!

Used to use it all the time to listen to Pens games. The live radio started dropping off and now the live game won’t even update. 14:00 into the game and the live game still at 0-0 with 0-0 stats.
Someone need to update PittsburghPenguins or I’m deleting it.
PittsburghPenguins has become useless.
