SPN360 won't start up it continues to loop and won't connect for the last 3 days -my subscription is paid saying error and need to sign up already paid for and wont connect I would like to have a phone number .
I have had problem logging into my account to watch on tv ever since I paid for 6 months! I have sent about 15 emails with no answer to problem! I said refund my money for 5 months then but they say they cant! I've been watching in my tablet but as of Saturday its says they can't offer me a subscriptiion!! WTH?? I've already paid for one!! Says I'm out of region!! You can't call & talk to a person & writing emails to them are a waste of time! Terrible customer service! I called owners of Sports net but not holding my breath for callback from somebody there either! Never heard of a business you can't even call & talk to somebody!!
This season, I am having lots of difficulty getting the games even though I have been a subscriber for at least 3 years. When I log in and choose the game, the picture changes to whatever is current but it freezes there and the yellow circle keeps circling and circling and circling. If I don't give up and keep trying or walk away and come back later to check, it sometimes 'comes in' several innings later. Why is this happening. I am streaming from the internet - not through a provider.

I AM BEING BILLED 19.07/MONTH ON MY MASTERCARD. CANNOT TUNE IN TO SPORTSNET PITTSBURGH, MESSAGE SAYS I NEED A SUBSCRIPTION. I EITHER NEED TO GET MY SUBSCRIPTION OR STOP PAYMENT.
We have paid for SNP 360 for 6 months to be able to watch the Penguins games. We cannot get tonight's game...it states "internal server error". Is that being addressed?
I am subscribed to Pittsburgh Sportsnet. On October 23 I was billed 23.31, which was paid. Today is November 21. I should still have the subscription, and you automatically renew every month. However, I can't log in. It is acting like I've never had an account. Doesn't recognize my email address. What is going on? Fix it or cancel my subscription, which it seems I can't use anyway. It wants me to give it my credit card again.

Since Fenway group took over, just making things difficult for fans to watch the pens and the pirates. Jumping from one app from another, and then have to start the sign up process over again, if I have to switch to another app again I would just cancel cable all together. Absolutely terrible

I signed in using my cable provider. There is no live stream option. Also if you're using your network like Verizon or AT&T, forget it it won't let you watch. You can only watch if you're on Wi-Fi in your own house which defeats the purpose because you have a television set why would you wanna watch it on your phone if you could watch it on your TV. This upgraded app is worse than before. That is why I gave it a one star rating if there was a way to make it zero stars I would. The developers should say on their TV commercial only works if you live in Pittsburgh or near Pittsburgh and you can only use it on Wi-Fi and on cellular network.

Hoooooorible! The only way to watch anything is via a link under “FAQ”? Clearly whomever designed this app took the money and promised they could deliver something they can not! When you do finally get to the website version from the app, it asks you to download the app! Lol. You spend 10 minutes ng in and syncing your cable provider account only to have it spin a wheel of disappointment at the end of the process. And if you try to refresh, you must go through the whole process again despite using the “remember me” features.
Tear it all down and hire someone who knows what they’re doing to rebuild from scratch!
