How to fix Newji app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Newji app on iPhone
Update Newji app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Newji iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Newji on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Newji network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Newji Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Newji not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Newji App
1. On android, goto Settings » Newji » click [Force Stop]

Update Newji to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Newji App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Newji » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Newji.

Fix Newji unable to contact server/ Newji internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Newji » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Newji » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Newji
