Close and restart the MathPix app on iPhone
Update MathPix app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MathPix iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MathPix on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MathPix network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent MathPix app issues:

Force Stop the MathPix App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click MathPix app. » click "Force Stop".

Update MathPix to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MathPix App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "MathPix app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch MathPix.

Fix MathPix unable to contact server/ MathPix internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click MathPix » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got MathPix » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MathPix on android.
