How to fix Refia app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Refia app on iPhone
Update Refia app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Refia iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Refia on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Refia network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Refia Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Refia not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Refia App
1. On android, goto Settings » Refia » click [Force Stop]

Update Refia to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Refia App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Refia » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Refia.

Fix Refia unable to contact server/ Refia internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Refia » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Refia » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
