Can’t access additional watch faces

Good watch. Especially for the price. But any additional watch face downloads don’t work. I’ve worked with customer service a few times and there is really no resolve.
Would be nice for the app to offer rem sleep monitoring and cycling push motion option.
The Phone is Great but the app is glitched

I can never access more watch faces, Always comes up saying bad network. Cannot access online help either. As long as i stay within what the app offers it’s ok.

Since latest app, it won’t open and I can’t connect to watch. What a waste. Nothing but trouble since I got it. Like the watch, but software and connectivity leaves a lot to be desired.
