Hi playtub is not working the issue: can open basic page see thumnails but when i click on a video it willl infinitly loeading also whene i click on a creators name to go on their page it tells me we are working to update new features.(Clearing cash ,givingallautorisation and removing then redownloading the game did not work)

How to fix Play Tube app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Play Tube app on iPhone
Update Play Tube app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Play Tube iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Play Tube on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Play Tube network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Play Tube Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Play Tube not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Play Tube App
1. On android, goto Settings » Play Tube » click [Force Stop]

Update Play Tube to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Play Tube App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Play Tube » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Play Tube.

Fix Play Tube unable to contact server/ Play Tube internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Play Tube » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Play Tube » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
