How to fix Video Mate app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Video Mate app on iPhone
Update Video Mate app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Video Mate iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Video Mate on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Video Mate network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Video Mate Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Video Mate not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Video Mate App
1. On android, goto Settings » Video Mate » click [Force Stop]

Update Video Mate to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Video Mate App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Video Mate » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Video Mate.

Fix Video Mate unable to contact server/ Video Mate internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Video Mate » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Video Mate » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
