In the last few days, the apps searching feature hasn't been working, bringing up songs barely related to the keywords plugged in. There has never been any issue before this, but it is frustrating not being able to add new songs.

How to fix Music Tube app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Music Tube app on iPhone
Update Music Tube app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Music Tube iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Music Tube on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Music Tube network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Music Tube Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Music Tube not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Music Tube App
1. On android, goto Settings » Music Tube » click [Force Stop]

Update Music Tube to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Music Tube App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Music Tube » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Music Tube.

Fix Music Tube unable to contact server/ Music Tube internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Music Tube » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Music Tube » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Music Tube
