Do not agree to give them money without being very sure what product is. I did not do enough research and clicked through to sign up. Once I did, I got at least 7 plus offers of more things to buy rather than showing me the “plan” I’d subscribed to. When the 8th “add on now” product was displayed I closed my iPad and downloaded the app to my phone. From there I was able to log in and saw a very specific meal plan of mostly egg recipes for the next 2 days. I realized this wasn’t for me and unsubscribed immediately (less than 15 minutes) asking for a refund. I heard back from customer service offering me 3 additional months free. I replied and explained I had been a subscriber less than 15 minutes and was requesting a refund. They replied “no” and offered me more free stuff. This is like being charged for a shirt you hold up in front of yourself to see if it fits. Poor customer service.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I usually don’t write reviews, especially negative ones. Actually, now that I think about it, this is my first ever negative review that I’ve written so that’s saying something right there.
This app is not at all what they advertise it to be, at least on Instagram. And getting a refund…pfft! Like pulling teeth. Customer service is well trained on how to dodge the fact that you are unhappy and want your money back but other than that—I’ll be nice since I know it isn’t the employee’s fault but how they are trained to handle these situations—lacking; in every way, lacking. Awful.
Don’t bother with this app unless you have lots of time to waste going back and forth with their customer service or you just don’t care about wasting your money.

I just wanted to try this app since it was suggested to me on Instagram. Of course, I purchased it thinking that it would be great. My first day trying to work out was quite disappointing, since the video had to be downloaded from you tube. Messaged the developer to get my money back and they wouldn’t refund my money. Based on the email….this was what they stated.
Our refund policy outlines that refunds are applicable only if you haven't received the product or have faced technical issues that remain unresolved.
Yes, I received the product, by never worked out because it took forever to download. So technically, I never got the product!!! Please do not waste your time with this app and the people that you eventually have to deal with behind the app.
