App keeps crashing on roku. This is happening more and more often. You open app, scroll and click on what you want, then the next thing you know you are back on roku's home screen. For a paid platform, with a relatively high monthly premium, its a rather lame app. Doesn't remember what you've last watched. Doesn't remember where you've left off in a show. Often when you fast forward the voice to subs get out of balance. Subs can be very hard to read with white lettering on light backgrounds. Some shows the English subs are over top of other subs making it impossible to read. Search feature is hit or miss on whether it will find the show you know is there because you were just watching it but it doesn't keep track of what you just watched. Doesn't have a save or favorite option to create a watched list. I wouldn't keep the subscription except i got a good yearly rate and there are some shows only available with a paid sub.
Keeps crashing on my Roku tv it’s getting annoying
On the remote thefollowing buttons are not working— - pause - forward - back - how to access other episodes when the wrong episode is playing.
There is no text anymore, like the category names, or descriptions of the shows, etc. There are only black buttons and thumbnails on the roku app.
It keeps crashing and going back to the main screen when I try to watch my shows.
I am having the same issue, so I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it keeps crashing! I also have a subscription... Then I click on a video it will play for a couple of minutes then go on to the next one and do the same.
I’m watching on Roku. Every time I start an episode will only let me watch 30 seconds and will skip to next episode.
Video starts playing about 30 seconds and starts over at the beginning, repeating the same 30 seconds over and over

App is crashing since update today
only runs for a few seconds then stops. Have VIP subscription and it was working fine until I installed latest update today.
The iQIYI app immediately goes back to the home page if I try to search, access my account etc. I have a year’s subscription but can’t watch on my roku app. Very frustrating
Plz help. I have the VIP subscription and all it says is “verifying…please wait…” and it just stays on that screen. Plz help
