7 Most reported problems 😔💔
I have downloaded the Weekly Pass Pro. It has just renewed. As of this time I am only able to watch 7 episodes of a series and then it tells me I need to purchase more or watch ads to unlock. I realize this is on me that I have spent $59.96 trying to get this to work. I am enjoying what I have been able to watch and would like to continue without having to pay for every 7 to 12 episodes. Please help me fix this problem

How do I cancel ShortMax?
I purchased enough coins to open 12 episodes,at least that’s what it said. I got notified that the purchase went through but I have never gotten the coins. I either want the coin package I purchased or I will contact my credit card and have report it as a fraud charge as I never received the product that I purchased.

I bought a top up for 1445 coins I was watching a story I was on episode 24 when it was time to switch to 25 it asked me to unlock the previous episode, which makes no sense since I was already watching episode 24 so that would make it unlocked when I looked at the calendar of episodes all the episodes were locked back to see if it was just a fluke as it scrolled through the episodes it took all my money for a second time I will not be buying another top up only for this scam of an app to take it again I enjoy watching the stories, but I do not enjoy being financially taking advantage of this is something that needs fixed. There is obviously a glitch in the app.
I would appreciate it If you can help me recover my coins so I can finish the story I was watching however, if not, no love lost I will just uninstall the app and move on with my life and watch drama box or one of the other apps.

Shows are okay but the app is too expensive

TT gets you hooked to a story for it to cost 50 dollars to watch about an hours worth of episodes in the app. Id probably pay to watch if I could just purchase the whole short story for 5-10 dollars but the fact that it’s almost a dollar a minute is outrageous. Id be fine with watching adds to progress also if you could watch more than 5 a day. The town I live in I could pay 5 dollars to see a movie in theaters that was just released and that is a way higher quality of content than these are. These shorts are not worth what they’re charging to watch them.
