Evernorth is clunky and hard to navigate compared to Castlight. It also doesn’t offer as many options to earn points as Castlight did. Definitely took many steps backwards with this one.

Not letting you see rewards Castlight was better

The entire support line has no idea whats going on with your account. If an error happens I wish you good luck, these people have taken hours trying to figure out how I can get these gift cards my job "promised" me.

My employer switched to Evernorth little did I know non working redeemable rewards ….. the other app was better

Not sure why Pepsi switched to this platform but it’s terrible. Not user friendly at all. I can’t tell how to earn points, I withdrew points to my HSA weeks ago and the funds still haven’t been entered in my account, and it took forever and reaching out to support to figure that out. The spring health platform was way easier to use!

It’s so hard to navigate and the points for certain things never go through. More than half the people I work with quit using Evernorth because it’s hard to use. Evernorth seems like it’s still on beta mode and not finished.

Had to switch from Castlight to this app and it’s such a downgrade. Castlight was intuitive and easy to work with. this app is clunky, doesn’t pair with apple devices, very difficult to navigate and use, just all around a pain to work with.

app is confusing to use, rewards aren’t syncing properly & it constantly crashes. i hope it gets better but i wish my employer would have just kept castlight.

My employer changed to Evernorth. It’s not as good as Castlight. Too difficult to navigate. Rewards aren’t loading. Can’t figure out how to sync old info from Castlight

My employer switched from Castlight to this app and Evernorth experience is just horrible. I can’t see my rewards and what they are and when I tried to redeem my reward it took 2 weeks just to receive a digital gift card by email, Castlight was instantaneous. I hope my employer switches back to Castlight.

God knows why these companies make members and their families to switch to non-function and primitive apps like this app. Cast light is so user friendly with easy navigation. Whether you work on full website or on mobile app the look and feel is the same and so convenient in accessing any feature.

I am so disappointed with this app app as stats are hidden under Home and that is where your wellness activities are recorded. No monthly feature just need to scroll day by day.
Being first time user I am so off with Evernorth. Wish castlight is still alive. As other members mentioned rewards are not getting updated. And seems like activity reward points are not considered towards annual rewards contribution 😢.

Employer changed from Castlight where it was easy to track goals to earn rewards, to this one- where it is a hunt to be able to find where to log your steps, sleep, and 3rd party sites. It will show what you need for tracking and what is available, but no quick link to go to that section. App definitely needs a user friendly upgrade. I spend more time hunting for stuff than I do working on my health.

Evernorth is a terrible, low effort, minimal replacement to Castlight. It doesnt have near the info it should on the home page, everything is hard to find. Maybe its just us not liking change, but this is going to take some getting used to. I also wish these apps linked to more fitness apps. I’d like it to link my Strong workout app to track workouts.

earning points from activities works great, except for I cannot view or redeem any rewards. the button is missing completely from my app.

Reward points are not syncing accurately and are not redeemable on Evernorth .

I like this app. I just feel that Castlight was easier to use when it comes to earning points.

Does not feel like a big difference from what we had. New options not overly appealing to me in my season of life.

They’ve gotten it together pretty good with Evernorth. It gets a little complicated at times. But there have been people to help us with this and I think this is a great thing and I’m glad our company has enlisted this app. I know I’ve lost 70 pounds and much healthier now.
