I opened this account about a month ago and was given my own Safe Haven micro finance bank account. I recharged the account today with a sum of N5,000 and waited for over an hour didn’t get the reflection on my account then I decided to update YangaPlug only to find out that have been given another different Safe Haven micro finance bank account different from the previous one. Now are you guys trying to say automatically my 5K is gone just like that without any traces?. Why was the need to change the account without informing customers? This is an act of SCAM and I pray this your business run down very soon than you expect Amin insha Allah!

Yesterday I sent N1000 to my account because before I normally withdraw money from my account. But this morning I couldn’t find the withdraw feature on my account 😡. I reached out to the customer service but they told they never hard a withdraw feature on YangaPlug . I feel confused 🫤😡😡. This is not fair at all….. #justiceforbrokeboys✊🏿✊🏿

Why can’t you inform customers that you change the bank that’s a big scam I was in a rush to buy data I sent money with my yanga bank 9psb bank without knowing you guys change the bank to another bank without informing this is rubbish I pray you run down very soon with my last money 🥺😭

I made a deposit of 101 thousand on Wednesday. It was credited to my wallet so I tried converting it to my Dollar MasterCard and it the next thing I couldn’t see the money in my MasterCard account balance. I’ve tried reaching out to the customer service, but no response, I can’t continue with this I need my money back I need to pay for what I want to pay. Please credit my money back to my MasterCard. Thank you.

I been buying data on YangaPlug for a really long time and so far it’s been good until recent I bought a plan yesterday and yet received any data plan I even tried buying another plan again today and it didn’t get it too but it keep saying successful now YangaPlug is just feeling like a scam

I never wanted to write this but it seems like it I made a deposit from a friends account for over 4days and I haven’t seen the money till date contact the bank and it said it was successful yet I didn’t see my money nothing it just really bad

YangaPlug keeps saying ‘card funding unavailable’ … is this a bug issue or server issue. I’ve been trying all day to find my dollar card.
At first, when I came by YangaPlug , I was so happy that I can get a dollar card seamlessly as a Nigerian in diaspora.

Hello Yangaplus you should’ve updated your network because I don’t what this use to do sometimes . Since yesterday have being to buy data and data was pending till now have tried it again this morning .. it’s samething .. that’s nonsense I don’t lol.
