I’m trying to login into my YangaPlug app it’s showing internal error

I opened this account about a month ago and was given my own Safe Haven micro finance bank account. I recharged the account today with a sum of N5,000 and waited for over an hour didn’t get the reflection on my account then I decided to update the app only to find out that have been given another different Safe Haven micro finance bank account different from the previous one. Now are you guys trying to say automatically my 5K is gone just like that without any traces?. Why was the need to change the account without informing customers? This is an act of SCAM and I pray this your business run down very soon than you expect Amin insha Allah!

Yesterday I sent N1000 to my account because before I normally withdraw money from my account. But this morning I couldn’t find the withdraw feature on my account 😡. I reached out to the customer service but they told they never hard a withdraw feature on the app. I feel confused 🫤😡😡. This is not fair at all….. #justiceforbrokeboys✊🏿✊🏿

I made a deposit of 101 thousand on Wednesday. It was credited to my wallet so I tried converting it to my Dollar MasterCard and it the next thing I couldn’t see the money in my MasterCard account balance. I’ve tried reaching out to the customer service, but no response, I can’t continue with this I need my money back I need to pay for what I want to pay. Please credit my money back to my MasterCard.
