Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever Blink app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix Blink app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Blink app on iPhone
Update Blink app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Blink iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Blink on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Blink network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Blink app issues:

Force Stop the Blink App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Blink app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Blink to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Blink App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Blink app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Blink.

Fix Blink unable to contact server/ Blink internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Blink » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Blink » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Blink on android.
