Love the concept and app! Makes bulk ordering so much easier!

The previous version was 10x better than this one. I hate it. I stopped ordering coke products as of today.

Takes forever to find product to place an order. With the previous app you could filter though all the different products by brand and anything else you can think of but now the only filter options are regular or low calorie ( why is that even a filter option???)
Pack type ( I really don’t know or care what type of bottle or can it is) beverage category witch is somewhat helpful but not really, and package size which would be very helpful IF IT HAD ALL OF THE PRODUCT THAT WAS 20oz!!!

You took away the box that you type in product numbers instead of scrolling through everything. Takes forever to place an order. Wow what genius creation this is. I can tell you exactly what’s happening - they do not get user input That’s the bottom line. If you create something you have to talk to your users. I order with quick entry product numbers from an order sheet. myCokeRefreshed is not setup to do anything quickly.

Previous app never had a problem with now I can’t even log on to make an order. I’ve contacted my sales rep and still no resolution. They don’t know how to handle the problem.
They have never heard of it. So I’m over paying for product.

This makes my life easier. Way better than the previous process.

Not expecting from coke to make this like junk app. Ordering are more difficult then before, cant find products on one page, how you can build order from past order only.

I’ve had to deal with unhelpful (and borderline rude) reps to order “as a one time courtesy” but no one will help me actually fix the “Single Sign on Error.” I’m trying to give you money & use your products?

Now it takes one hour to order the stuff what is used to take 10 minutes

It is so much more difficult to use than the first version of this. I worked in the IT field for 48 years and this is simply unacceptable

They replaced a working app with this trash. Needs to be fixed ASAP!

Pls fix it as soon as possible

I really like this new app, is fast and looks amazing. It took me a bit of time to get used to some of the features, but I like how Coca Cola heard our feedback and this new app makes the process way better than the old and slow application.

Agree with previous review. Old app worked great. This one is horrible. I have yet to be able to log on and it work more than one time before needing my customer support person to reactivate my account. I keep getting the “single use” error when trying to log on.
Very frustrating. I’m to the point of buying from grocery store to stock my fridge.

myCokeRefreshed makes ordering Coke so much easier. I can be standing in my cooler or in my back stock and know what I need to order. Super easy to enter.

I never leave reviews but myCokeRefreshed has me so frustrated. There is nothing easy about reordering. I could do it quickly in the last app. myCokeRefreshed makes me want to throw my phone at the wall!

Buttons on myCokeRefreshed don’t do anything. I hit login and nothing happens. Coke sure jumped the gun switching their apps

Search results are always inaccurate. No way to sort products by price or size. The smart order always throws off the whole order. Should call it the ‘dumb order’. Add/subtract buttons dont work so you cant edit the order until you get to the cart (which likes to randomly delete your progress) No way to scan items to add to order. You can totally tell a group of old men with no online shopping experience designed myCokeRefreshed.
