I am sitting here with the receptionists at the front counter saying AscensionOne doesn’t work. I tried to create an account and AscensionOne was unable to verify me. Oh well. Nice try.

Tried to create log in and I enter my email address and set up password then it makes me log back in. When I put my password in it then says there is no match?🤦🏼‍♀️I have reset my password until I’m exhausted. Done with AscensionOne

Downloaded AscensionOne . Tried to login with my Ascension account. Didn’t work. Set up ‘new’ account and it went to my account. Have tried to login again and it says user/password doesn’t match. Tried to reset, set up new, create new PW, etc. round and round we go. Gave up.

I’ve tried for months to set up an account and AscensionOne glitches as soon as I open it. Most recently I’ve at least been able to get as far as to set up a password, but now the screen crashes every time I try to make one. How an app can be released before it even works is beyond me. I even got a mailer for it which is why I’ve been trying to use it and I’m embarrassed for these people at how bad they’ve put the cart before the horse. Might want to develop your app first before you tell the whole world about it.

I’m required to use AscensionOne to view EOBs for my health insurance. I already have several apps related to managing this so I’m already annoyed. Upon logging in it requests my address, cell phone number (which they already had since they texted to verify my sign in), and a photo of my drivers license. If you don’t provide your DL you can’t access your insurance information at all. I already linked my verified insurance account and can’t see and legal reason to provide my DL. In this day where data is hacked constantly, I’m not comfortable giving anyone more information than is absolutely required so I won’t be using AscensionOne. There’s not even an explanation of why this data is needed. No thank you.

I’ve tried many times to create an account and by the time I get a verification code it’s always expired or when creating a password it never matches even when it’s the same. Ascension apps never work well for me

Tried multiple times to verify identity and it fails every time, even though my data matches exactly with my DL, and kicks me out of AscensionOne .
