Can’t login

Downloaded the app. Tried to login with my Ascension account. Didn’t work. Set up ‘new’ account and it went to my account. Have tried to login again and it says user/password doesn’t match. Tried to reset, set up new, create new PW, etc. round and round we go. Gave up.

I’ve tried many times to create an account and by the time I get a verification code it’s always expired or when creating a password it never matches even when it’s the same. Ascension apps never work well for me
